Everything went fine and we would definitely use them again.

The company quickly provided a scheduled date and time that they would arrive to provide an estimate. No one showed. I took off work to be at the house at the appointed time. No show, no call. I plan to give my business to someone who will appreciate it!

Sean was wonderful, worked night & day to get the job done. Very meticulous and detailed. Took a little longer than expected but, Sean did a great job. Started in September of 2012 and completed in October of 2012.

They are excellent. He seem to be very knowledgeable. I would use him except that it was more money than I though it would be and I did say that is going to wait a while. As far as he is concerned I would certainly use the company. He didn't try and pressure you and he didn't try and give in well how about this or how about that dropping a price. He stuck to his original price. He offered some alternatives, like less gutters, less cost. He is very honest, trustworthy, and professional. He was on time, answered all my questions, and had quite a variety of stuff.

I had a few companies come to "measure" my windows to give me an estimate to replace them in my home. Champion was the second to come out. He was early, which actually turned out to be great since he stayed so long. He glanced at one window and said he was ready with a price. (It was more than an hour later before he would actually tell me a price.) I kinda felt sorry for the guy or I would have kicked him out a lot earlier. He spent several minutes trying to convince me that I needed new windows, even though I told him up front that I was gathering estimates and was planning to do the work. He spent the rest of the time telling me dozens of different ways that Champion was far superior to everyone else. He showed me a cheap window and claimed that was the window all the "other guys" use. Basically, the whole process was insulting. I tried to hurry him along several times, but he kept stalling and dragging it out. When we finally arrived at the price, he quoted $7800 for 9 windows (he combined a double window into one to save me money) and told me that I was lucky that there was a 30% discount reflected in that price. I asked if that was his bottom line, and he immediately dropped the price by about $1000. I informed him that he was twice as high as my next bid and he started his spiel about the quality of his company over all the others. His techniques were so transparent - he tried to wear me down with too much information, he lumped all the "other guys" together for comparison (though he really was only describing the worst-case scenario), he kept asking leading questions (you do want the better one, right?), and he even brought out a lamp and some samples and a meter that supposedly measured everything great about his windows and exposed everything terrible about everyone else's. I finally put an end to it when he started the if-you-sign-today part of his presentation. Needless to say, I will be going with another company to install my windows.

They came to my house and they were nice and friendly! They did a very neat, neat job! They cleaned up after them selves once they were done. They also did the job and a quite manner. They were not load at all. The windows have reduced the outside noise. And they have also reduce my electrical bill.

Very good experience. I've had the windows and doors 2.5 years and they are great. Heating costs cut along with external noise. The windows were installed in one day and the doors in another. All very professional; cleaned up after themselves; no damage. The only negative was the overly long in-home sales pitch from the sales rep. (All the window sales people did this!).

They were a very conscientious crew, left little mess behind (nails and bits of insulation), but tolerable. They worked steadily each day with no slacking off. All windows and doors look great. The insulation came unglued on the front entry door, one crank window handle comes off and still get condensation on the inside of MBDR window when it is cold.

From the beginning the salesman was very accommodating to our needs. Worked within our budget and time frame to complete the job. We wanted the project done before Thanksgiving and it was done.

We had a bath renovation and had a plastic block window, we had it replaced with a custom sized window, no complaints, easy.

I had the local Champion dealer give me an estimate for replacement windows. The representative came to my home. He gave had a product demo kit. He used that to discuss Champion's products. The demo was very good. However, when we started to discuss price, he first price was very high $1500.00/window. When I told him that was too high, he started lower the price based on a variety of discounts. All of his discounts were only available if I signed a contract that day. After discussing price for over an hour, the price came down by about half to $800.00/window. I finally asked him to leave. The windows in my house are standard windows, nothing fancy. I didn't think the windows should be more than 500 - 600/windows installed. The sales was very high pressure. I'm glad that I decided not to Champion windows.

The salesman was very thorough and explained what we would be getting. Another person came out and measured the windows before they were manufactured for our house. Once the windows were ready 2 installers, Rick and Kelsey came out and very quickly and efficiently replaced all or our windows except 1 the very first day. They replaced the rotten wood and did a great job. The next day Rick and Kelsey came to do the doors on the back deck. Despite some challenges with rotten wood, everything went very smoothly. They have everything they need on their truck and more. We were very happy with the windows and doors once they were installed. It is amazing the difference in our home since we had this done.

This door has made the least used room in our home our new living room. We watch TV and hang out. In the winter , it used to be an icebox, and in the summer, a sauna. Now, we are in it everyday, year-round. Initially I balked at the price, but it has drastically improved our quality of life. The teenager actually prefers to watch TV in this room than in his own room! Champion was very professional, and we like them so much, I have them coming in on Nov 29th to price out new kitchen windows. They are not as cheap as their competitors, but I wouldn't use anyone else.

Good work but the wait time is very long for them to arrive.

They were very, very good. Everyone was delightful to work with. My only concern was that I didn't get exactly what I thought I was getting. I thought the window would match a little better, since this is one window in a set of three. I don't think it's their fault though - just the product of an after market window next to two originals.

They were exceptional. They did exactly what they said, and stuck to their cost estimate. Their guarantee is great! Our lawn mower shot a rock that shattered a window, and I just had to call them and they came right out to repair it. They also installed our gutters, at a different time; that work was also very well done. When I need new windows, I will hire them to install those.

They were very polite, knowledgable and precise. They were very prompt in their service. I would highly recommend them and I wouldn't get anybody else. Their materials were superb.

Very nice and through review of needs and description of new window and services and cost. Called when product was ready. Showed up as scheduled, did work promptly. Left home and yard in prestine condition when work was complete.

Great, they showed up on time and finished the same day, spent about 12 hrs straight. I watched them and they did everything they promised and did it very professionally.

When they came out to give us an estimate - they spent a lot of time explaining how the windows helped to keep your home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They had sample windows and were very thorough. They work was done very professionally and quickly. We love the windows. A month ago, we noticed one of the windows had a broken seal - I called them, they came out and checked the window - and replaced it at no cost to me (5 years later - I only had to pay $55.00 trip charge) and the rest of the cost is covered by their warranty.

They did an excellent job. They were very courteous and always prompt. They were on time and they always cleaned up after themselves everyday. The workmanship was excellent. They were professional and good to deal with. I was very satisfied with their service. I’d hire them again in the future.
