Description of Work: We had our home re-roofed. The subcontractor, MOSES MUNOZ, charged extra to reinforce the flat roof on the back of the house. One week after the roof was finished, our den was flooded and our den ceiling has still not been repaired. Champion did not care enough to respond to our complaint because of our ethnicity. We paid over $13,500.00 for this really shoddy job. I intend to make a complaint to the BBB and the DOJ.

Description of Work: Two custom steel doors, frame rebuilt for new security, bottom entry to doors redone, hardware double deadbolt security locks installed, warranty on doors. Also reinstalled new door bells. They test for lead in older homes. If you have any they totally seal off the area and treat by regulation. They put in my sister's window in Clayton NC, they did a great job, windows are thick and save money on her energy bill. They are expensive but I wanted a quality door because of a break in. My security system scared them off,but the kicked my old wood door in.

Description of Work: Champion removed a screened porch, and constructed a four season sunroom approximately 20 x 20. They removed all debris and left the place clean. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished product. The weather caused some delay for an earlier completion date. Over-all I would rate them an A-.

Description of Work: We had a screened in porch that we wanted converted to a sunroom. The work involved insulating and boarding under the existing porch, replacing and repositioning support posts and installing 7 sliding windows with screens and a large sliding glass door with a screen. All of the hardware and material were of excellent quality. The work took place on time and the workmen were professional and polite. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day. The work was completed on time and we have enjpyed using the sunroom over the following months. The sales associate was always available to answer any questions about the process. I found Champions price quote to be in the middle of several quotes I procured before picking Champion. The quality of the materials, the staff, and the ability to configure the sunroom to our needs were major points in Champion winning the project. I would highly reccommend them to anyone desiring a new sunroom and we plan to use Champion in the future for some window replacements in our house.

 + -1 moreThe work was done about 4 years ago and I've had nothing, but problems since then. I've had to call them out at least 5 times for leaking, including major leaking from room. The original job was late, the work was poorly done and since then I've had nothing, but problems. Each time I call the company to come do warranty work, I was treated rudely and was stood up for appointments. I finally gave up trying to deal with Champion and called out a roofing contractor to redo their work. I was told they had never seen such negligence. The shabby work resulted in major damage to my house and the necessity of redoing my entire roof.

 + -1 moreThey came with a lot of items to show me and had a lot of information on other products from other companies to help me compare. I believe that they have a great product and they are middle of the road in regards to price. I am not sure, but from my research, I think you get the most for your money. I am just not ready to spend the money right now. The presentation does take a lot of time though. They were at the house for over an hour.

 + 0 moreThe crew was prompted in doing the work but the work has not been good. The porch and railings are not straight, the stairs were not put in correctly. They came back to my house after many, many phone calls to fix the stairs and now the posts and railing are even worse than before.
Description of Work: Champion took down an old front porch and cracked concrete sidewalk slab. They replaced the porch and poured new concrete slab.

Description of Work: We contracted for a all weather addition to our house and the removal of four doors between the addition and kitchen. The work was good although at least one of their workers was an illegal, I speak Spanish. When the patio was completed I asked when the doors would be removed and was told "soon". They were never removed and I was told by champion that they never agreed to do this and it would cost between $1500 and $2500 to finish the job. I then had Pikes do the job in an excellent manner with American workers for $800. Champion never had a final inspection of their part of the job and several items were not fixed including the door to the patio which does no lock properly. I paid them top dollar and they used illegal workers and failed to complete their work.

 + 0 moreI thought they had a good crew leader on the job. They all worked efficiently. There was good communication with us. They gladly made corrections for me as I changed my mind a bit. I am glad I got the open deck because it is a perfect space for the grill. We actual drove by many of their customers homes to see what they had done and they all looked great. I am not sure what we paid.
Description of Work: We had our existing deck turned into a sun room and they also added a new 10x15 open deck onto our new sun room. I am not sure of the size of the sun room but it fits our needs.
