Good. Had minor challenges with scheduling changes and not being quite sure when they were coming. 3 people came and only one spoke English, so communication was a little bit of a challenge. I had filled out an extensive list of things I wanted done and no one there seemed to have read the list -- but they did almost everything I wanted done (missed 2 things). Everything they did--they did excellently. My self cleaning double oven that I had never been able to get clean looks new--the blinds also look new (both tasks I'd simply had no luck when trying to do myself). Price was a little bit more than others had quoted me -- but they were able to come within less than 4 working days from my initial call (way sooner than others). The final cost was less then the estimate (another pleasant surprise--either a business practice that I find smart or perhaps I am a better housekeeper than I believed). Either way, both I and the real estate agent were pleased with the final look (and smell).

They were pretty good with customer service, the actually people that came and cleaned were not very professional, there cleaning skills were median, not the best.

We contacted Carpe Diem last week. We called and were asked to leave our contact information. We did. After a full day with no return phone calls, we decided to try contacting them through their website. It wasn't until 3 days later that they returned our contacts, and when we couldn't get to the phone, we called right back. Again, we were asked to leave our information for someone to return our call. This was immediately after they called! It's as if they didn't want our business.

They washed the floors and cleaned the beds very efficiently. It took them forty-five minutes and it would have taken me five hours. They came so fast because it was an emergency

They are very good. I've also used them before parties. They do a great job and are very easy to work with. They don't try to sell you on anything either. They come in and just clean. The price listed is what they charge every two weeks.

They are trustworthy. They have been really good. It is usually the same crew that comes which is nice. They are reliable. They do accept credit cards which is convenient when paying.

About a year ago I decided to hire a housecleaning company. I liked the name of this company and my first phone call with them was great. (Contrary to other cleaning companies I called that rarely returned my phone calls.) Within a week or so they scheduled a home visit. At the visit they explained their services to me and I gave them a tour of my house and needs. Within a week they found a spot for me in their schedule. I love coming home on my cleaning days. They always do an amazing job and my requests are always listened to. Recently, my life has become a little more hectic with travel plans, family events and my own crazy life. As a local company, Carpe Diem is easily accessible by phone or email and responds to my requests for cancellations, postponements, or additions efficiently and courteously. For someone who has read Nickel and Dimed, it was not easy for me to hire a housecleaner. But, I believe that Carpe Diem treats their workers fairly and with dignity. They work to be good to their customers and to their community. In each monthly invoice one finds a letter from the Carpe Diem management. In that letter they always let you in on what is going in their world, as well as highlighting a local company. I am proud to be a customer of Carpe Diem and support a top notch local company!

We scheduled a date. They sent a courtesy email the day before our scheduled cleaning as a reminder. Three workers showed up on time and got to work. They worked hard and efficiently for about three hours. By the time I got home from work, the house sparkled! And they didn't miss a single thing as far as I could tell.

They are very nicely trained, polite, quick, and pleasant. They are in and out of my little house in an hour, and things seem cleaner when they go!

I only used them the one time and don t have a regular schedule with them. I would use them again though and I have no problems with their work. They were very thorough, but I felt they were expensive for the work they did. They did an extremely clean job I will say and I am happy about that. They were pleasant when they came and came when they said they would.

They arrived as scheduled, sending a crew of two as promised. The staff was thorough and polite (we had not planned to be home but ended up being around for some of the time while they were working). They showed significant attention to details. I didn't know my master bath tub could be so clean. The kitchen was immaculate. Too expensive for me to use their services routinely, our house is only three bedroom, 2500 square feet, but overall I was pleased with the outcome.

I am very impressed with this company. My house was cleaner than the day I moved in.
