They have been doing fine. They are in and out and do a good job. We like them.

The ladies came in and immediately got to work, working upstairs then down. One cleaned a bathroom while the other vacuumed. Then they came downstairs and did the same - splitting up the areas so they were both working hard the entire time. They were friendly to me (although I tried to stay out of the way) and were nice to my dogs, who couldn't go outside because it was pouring rain. We have 2 dogs and a cat, so lots of pet hair - they were very good at getting all of that.

We used this company for a few months and the experience was horrific. The women who came to clean (who told us they were getting paid <10 dollars to clear our place) would stay for 25 mins max. We have a 3 bedroom apartment. They would leave bathroom cleaners on the table, after using them. We asked management to fix this issue several times, to no avail. Instead, we got an email from an extremely rude lady who works there saying that maybe we should look into other options.They are definitely not worth the price.

They were courteous, professional and thorough - we are hiring them again and are looking forward to the experience!

I used carpe diem for a number of years but recently decided to go with another company. They did a good job cleaning but I had several issues with them. On more than once occasion they forgot to lock my door. They splattered bleach on my bathroom wall which took of paint. The last straw was leaving my liquid air freshener upside down. This happened on several occasions and I advised management that this was occurring. I arrived home today and found the air freshener upside down once again and all the oil has leaked out and stained my floor and took the paint off the molding.

They come every other week and have been cleaning our house for almost two years. They are very reliable, trustworthy and competent.

Carpe Diem always does a phenomenal job. Its workers are personable, arrive on time, and pay attention to detail which I appreciate.

The first, deep cleaning was fine. The second regular clean was adequate. On the third routine cleaning the upstairs, (main) bathroom was not toughed at all. The company was hard to contact and slow to respond. They eventually took $20 off the bill. I will never use them again, and suggest no one else does either. Their advertising is completely false.

This housecleaning company definitely did not live up to the reputation they hold of themselves . On the deep cleaning they missed the most basic dusting chores.I even caught one of the cleaners standing on TOP of a bathroom vanity to clean the mirror! When I called to complain they were not at all apologetic,but were much more interested in defending the company.

They keep our house clean. They do a pretty good job. We had some issues with them, but I guess they responded okay to it. They resolved it somewhat, but it was not perfect. They broke some things and did not report it. They tried to blame it on my two-year-old daughter, but the place was actually too high for her to reach.

They did a deep cleaning on my house that was the best I've ever had or seen in others' houses. They are pricey, but the quality is amazing. They polished every single piece on my bookshelves--and I have a lot of stuff. They don't use a lot of smelly cleaners, so I came home to a house that was spotless but odor-free. They even got the dog hair out of blankets I never thought could be cleaned!

They take a lot of care with our things and really know their equipment and products. They don't use harsh chemicals at all. They learned our household and preferences quickly and without being shown (e.g. where we keep our trash bags and that we like to use paper grocery bags as waste baskets in certain places -- they found our stash of them and use them). They've been prompt, courteous and friendly every step of the way.

I received an estimate from Carpe Diem for regular home housecleaning and estimates from two other companies after having 3 very unsatisfactory experiences with poor service, payment going missing, etc. with other housecleaning firms. We selected Carpe Diem based on very good ratings on Angie's List and their presentation when they gave us our estimate. We have had absolutely excellent results for the last 18 months with Carpe Diem! Our house is alwasy thoroughly cleaned and if there is anything every amiss all I have to do is drop an email to their representative Hanah and attention is carefully paid at the next cleaning. The team is great and tolerant of our two cats seeking their attention! Thanks to Carpe Diem our house sparkles!!

The ladies are excellent, professional, trustworthy & dependable.

We got behind on the cleaning of our home due to illness, and complicated by having painters and other work crews making a mess. Carpe Diem sent a team out and they were terrific. They had our place sparkling in a few hours.

The initial deep cleaning was excellent. However on the first monthly day, no one arrived. i called the company and they said I was not scheduled. They sent a crew the next day. The cleaning from that day was fair to good. The master bath shower was not completely clean. I called the company to comment on the master bath a few other items that needed attention which they noted for the next cleaning. The following month, we had 3 bathroom rugs, a table runner, and a washcloth with bleach stains on them. We promptly ended our service. The company did reimburse us for these items by refunding our last cleaning payment of $140. Although the cleaning they performed was OK, I could not trust them to come back again and ruin more items in my home. I have had cleaners before but never bleach stains.

They do a great job. They are here on time and they do good work. They get the house clean and I will continue to use them.
