Budget Blinds and Inspired Drapes has been providing custom blinds, shutters, shades, and draperies to the Western Triangle area for over 19 years. We offer FREE In-Home Design Consultations for all types of custom window coverings or you may visit our showroom conveniently located on Hwy 55 in RTP. We sell and install both residential and commercial window coverings as well as exterior shades, and automated products.

This review is from an experience that took place back in February 2015 and as of May 2015 this sales manager is no longer employed at Budget Blinds. We appreciate and thank you for this feedback and agree with you that this information should never, ever be delivered in a condescending or unprofessional way. Defining and communicating accurate delivery times is a very important component we freely provide for our clients' information. We will share this review and experience with our current employees to be sure this never occurs again. Description of Work: After they quoted me they were horribly unresponsive. I even called the main # back and they had the same sales person email me. She pretended not to know I had been reaching out in spite of replying to the very email string I had been using to attempt to purchase the window treatments. I believe they just didn't find $1500.00 to be worth their time.

Description of Work: We had vinyl windows installed in our kitchen area & I was hoping we could re-use the Bali blinds we already owned. It didn't look there was enough room to install the brackets but Shawn & Jon measured & ordered new brackets & the blinds were hung securely without damaging the vinyl windows! I am now waiting for valances ordered for all the kitchen windows. Nina helped me select the right fabric & style. They are due to be installed next week. I love the promptness & quality I have received. The employees are professionals and courteous. Its been a great experience.

Because of the height of our windows, an installer had to come to the house first to measure the windows. The installers arrived on time and took great care not to scratch the hardwood floors. Chris arrived on time to review the options for the windows. He came up with a creative solution to help with costs for the half moon shade. He was professional and very helpful when determining the best shades for each window. He provided with an estimate on the spot and then followed up a few days later. Once we signed the contract he indicated the blinds would arrive in 2 weeks. I had to call the office during week three to check on the status. The person who answered the phone indicated the shades were in and someone would call me. It took 4 days of telephone tag to finally talk to the installer and set a date. The installer was on time, very friendly and did a great job. The blinds come with a 1 year Manufactures warranty. We are enjoying our new blinds.
Description of Work: We had a remote control honey comb blind for a window 14 feet from the floor, a half moon honeycomb shade for a window 20 feet from the floor and honeycomb skylight blind installed.

Brian was late for our consultation but he called to let us know he was running late. He also got lost on the way to our house. He was extremely nice and friendly at all times though, and he called to check if we had any questions the day after the consultation. Price was the only factor that made us not go with this company.
Description of Work: I had budget blinds come out to my house for a free in-home consultation for window treatments. Brian was very professional, friendly, played with our dog, measured our windows and priced out many different options for us. In the end it was just going to be too expensive to get blinds with them ($100 + per blind for the discount ones) so we ended up not hiring him.
