They were wonderful. They've been very prompt. In fact, they've been here four times. I've never lived on a well until now and the owner actually talked to me and educated me about how when you get a new hot water tank put in you drain it, and when you start the water back up -- all that sediment kind of freaked me out because the water was brown. I spoke to the owner and he was very patient with me and talked me through it, so they were really nice. Actually, our hot water heater was in a really bad location and they moved it for us. I guess now you have to have some sort of pipe that sticks out of your house, and they hid it because it would have been sticking out of the front of the house, which would have looked really ugly. So they put it in a location so you can't see the pipe, and they didn't have to do that. Their customer service is excellent.

I called the company in the morning. The service technician came out before noon. He was very knowledgeable. The price was much higher than I thought it would be, but after he explained the installation, I agreed to having it done. He came back the next day at 10:30 and was done by noon. By the way, the installation of a hot water heater in Durham requires a City/County permit and an inspection by a city/county building inspector. I did not know this and I did call Durham and confirmed that to be true. An inspector will come out in the next week and have to approve the job. If it is not done properly, the Company will have to come back and make it right. So be sure whomever you hire is a licensed plumber.

Great experience. They were prompt, efficient, and did a good job. We would use them again.

They are very good and very reliable. They got here when they said and got the job done. They do such a fantastic job. I feel like the prices are reasonable. They are very honest and don't try and sell you something you don't need. They offered to come back at no charge if needed, but they got the job done right.

I waited from 1 pm. until 5 pm. for someone to call and they did not. I called at 5 pm. to ask what was going on and the lady told me "honey, they work until 8." So i waited until 7:40 to call again and this time they took all my information again and said someone would call me back. The on-call guy called me back and had no idea about what had happened. I had waited 7 hours for someone and avoided using my kitchen the whole time since I didn't know when they were coming. This meant that by the time he called at 8 there was no way I was sticking around and paying after hours fees. I was hungry and cranky had to waste money going out to dinner.

They were very professional and they were very reasonable. They were just good. They were very considerate. I would use them again them again in the future.

I felt they did a really good job, they had the parts we needed and did the job right away. They were very easy to work with. I would recommend them to others.

The plumbers were friendly and efficient. I was happy with their quick resolution of the problem. I was, however, disappointed that they did not arrive within the promised window of 9-12 noon. At noon, I called and they said they'd get someone over as soon as they could. He arrived around 1:30 pm. The original window was originally set around my daughter's preschool drop off and pick up times, but I ended up keeping her home that day, so it wasn't as big a problem as it could have been. Nonetheless, they didn't express any concern (or regret) about missing their appointment when I called or when they arrived.

The problem was due to my own ignorance. They were SO nice, looked at other potential plumbing issues because they were going to have to charge the minimum anyway. They offered up information I could use later, verified some things I was worried about (and hadn't called about) were in good shape. It was a really good experience.

The repairman arrived when promised, provided a verbal estimate, and performed the work in an efficient and timely manner. He needed to go out to get a part that he didn't have on the truck, but he returned promptly. Final cost of $400 was $150 less than previously estimated.

I was getting ready the night before I was to fly out of town and seen that my drain was backed up. I called them at 7:30 in the morning and they came right away. I was shocked as I did not have an appointment. I am glad that they did get here fast because I was able to make my flight on time.

Called first thing in morning because I had flight out to DC that same day. They worked around my schedule so that I did not miss flight. They went straight to problem and corrected in short time.

The plumber arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to make the repair with the tools he had on the truck. He was unobtrusive and informative about what had caused the leak and what repairs he had made. We were very satisfied.

It went very well. The plumber arrived on time and replaced the hoses the same day.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are reasonable in price, reliable, and friendly. If you are looking for great plumbing work, I'd check out this company. If they please you half as much as me, you'll be pretty content.

The company was nice and they also gave good advice in choosing a new unit. They were on time and friendly and the price seemed reasonable as well. I would recommend them to anyone. The workers made sure to be polite and friendly as well.

The work that was done by Brown Brothers was good. We do not have any problems with the system. The problem came when the landscaper went out of business and never paid Brown Brothers. We had paid the landscaper for everything. Brown Brothers tried to put a lien on our home in an effort to get their money. But it was determined that they could not come after us as we ourselves did not contract with them. It was a bad experience. They should have never tried to come after us.

We have used them for years now and they have done several plumbing repairs for us. I was impressed with the fact that they showed up with a new hot water heater the same day that I called them. They did an excellent job with the installation.

The plumber couldn't find the part he needed for the repair. I was disappointed to not get the faucet fixed right away. The great thing is that he told me that the faucet was under warranty and that the manufacturer would replace it for free. I called, and they sent me the part. He came back a week later to install the part. He didn't charge for the second visit.

THE WORKER THEY SENT DID A GOOD JOB ON THE DRYER. THE WHOLE PROJECT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN I WOULD HAVE LIKED, AND THEY ENDED UP CHARGING ME MORE FOR LABOR THAN I HAD EXPECTED. HE DID WORK HARD ON IT AND I REALLY DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS.

BROWN BROTHERS IS A VERY REPUTABLE COMPANY. THEY'VE BEEN AT IT FOR A LONG TIME AND I'VE HAD THEM DO SOME WELL WORK FOR ME, TOO. THEY DEFINITELY KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON.

DURHAM IS A BAD AREA TO GET GOOD SERVICE WORK. THEY ENDED UP BREAKING THE DRAIN LINES, BUT THEY DID COME BACK AND FIX THEM FOR FREE. THIS WAS ANOTHER TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT WE'VE HAD IN THIS AREA.

THEY DID A REALLY NICE JOB WITH THE PLUMBING WORK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. THEY ONLY DID THE WORK THAT THEY WERE CALLED TO DO SO I WAS VERY SATISFIED.
