Description of Work: My well pump stopped working on a Saturday morning right before going out of town...I called Brown Bros as I always do & a service technician called within an hour...came out and tried everything to try to avoid replacing the pump but...alas,...I needed a new pump! (pump was only 29 yrs. old!)---My wife and I left town and when we returned they had replaced the pump and water was running again...Great service!

Description of Work: We had a newly installed clotheswasher begin leaking with the first use. After we were told that it would take a few days for the repairman under warranty, Brown Brothers responded immediately and discovered the problem was due to a faulty installation. Although charged, we were able to get a refund from the dealer. I have use Brown Brothers for more than 30 years and have always had favorable experiences.

Description of Work: The plumbers came to replace my water heater, but after looking at it they advised me to not replace it. It was wonderful to have honest plumbers. I did tell them about a leak in my bathtub faucet and they fixed it and also cleaned the rust stains from the leaky faucet.
