Description of Work: Replaced two heat pump / air conditioning units and their ahu's. Scott offered three options, I chose the top one. Scott's knowledge and professionalism is top notch, he uses technology well, he has a great team of technicians, and they all make sure everything is perfect. Appointments were always punctual, installation day went very smoothly with five techs onsite, and follow-up tweaks worked great.

Description of Work: My upstairs a/c unit had quit working. I texted Scott, the owner, late Thursday and the problem was solved Friday afternoon. He refilled the refrigerant, cleaned the compressor, and a few other maintenance items. Scott has done several projects for me, including replacing the large downstairs a/c unit almost 2 years ago. He is the utmost professional, very friendly, and very meticulous. I would highly reccomend Scott to anyone without hesitation.

+ -1 moreMy buying agent met with them and stayed with them for 3 to 4 hours while I was not yet in town.
Description of Work: We had inspections done on the house we were buying and decided to get a second, more detailed insp of the HVAC. AlternativeAire came and thoroughly sniffed, scanned, pinched every part of the two systems and enabled us to negotiate an entire replacement in lieu of costly repairs. Well worth the time and I am very thankful for the attention to detail and the results!

+ -1 moreThe owner of the company is just so meticulous. He helped us out with other things that were not even part of his job, including rebates. The technicians were amazing. They put on booties when they came in the house and they cleaned up afterwards.
Description of Work: They installed the heating system, two furnaces, and air-conditioning system for the whole house.
