Description of Work: The first time, the plumber replaced two pipes that lead to the washer. they were leaking. He had to cut a hole in the wall to gain access to the pipes. He cleaned up and prepped it so I can have the wall section painted later. He did a great job and very professional. | |A couple weeks later, he come out to replace the leaking outside facets (two) and reinforced the one pipe in the back so that it can be turned off easily without breaking. I was well pleased. He then recommended an electrician to view an area under the house involving an earlier plumbing job just to be safe. It was not an emergency but when one was coming out for some other issue. I did. The electrician looked over the area and approved work from a much earlier job by another plumber. Even the electrician knew the A & A plumber and respected him. I recommend him highly.

water heater repair
 + -1 moreResponded promptly to repair request. Called before coming to let me know he was on the way and arrived EXACTLY when he said he would. Showed me what he was going to do before starting and what he had done after repairs completed. Didn't try to sell me anything extra. Did the work in about 1.5 hours (or less). Cleaned up the area after the work. Was very pleasant and courteous. He seems very honest and safe (important if you are home alone). I felt very comfortable when he was in my house and was able to continue doing my work while he was doing the repairs. I will call this company for all future plumbing repairs.
Description of Work: Water heater overflowing. Replaced pressure value and added expansion tank. Also, checked incoming water pressure.

No tankless water heaters because we do not service these units and tankless water heaters require more maintenance than tank type. Remember, with a gas tank type water heater, if the power goes out, you will still have hot water. With a tankless you will be taking a cold shower. A tankless water heater has its own computer, a tank type has one mechanical control valve. Gas tank type water heaters are the most dependable and dependability is priceless when it comes to your plumbing fixtures
