Description of Work: They did a maintenance checkup on my heating and A/C unit.I had a problem with my furnace and it took 3 different guy to diagnose the problem. I think there are better companies.

Description of Work: Jackson & Sons installed my Trane Unit 14 years ago and has maintained it ever since. I pay 219.00 per year for two cleanings and maintenence. If they have to come out for some other problem it is only half the fee because of the maintence contract. I pay the parts if not under warrenty. They are very professional, I see them twice a year and it is usually a different Technition every time and they are all exceptional. When it comes time to get a new unit I will have them do it.
