Robert did the job for the price he estimated.Land clearing and grading were completed, gravel drive installed, and cement poured for barn floor. All work done to my satisfaction.

Muse Hauling did everything they said they were going to do--and did an excellent job. We will use them again.

The job went very well. Mr. Muse had to work without my involvement because I came down with the flu the week he was to start. I also had a deadline to meet because I was expecting guests so there were many ways things could have gone wrong. Mr. Muse himself was on the job and actually doing some of the work himself. I was extremely impressed with how much he stayed in touch with me to ask questions and give me a daily update. I wasn't able to survey the work untill the last day, but was very happy to see he had done exactly what I had pictured. He even rescued some shrubs that would have been killed by the grading. The work area was much cleaner than I expected (mud on the driveway, etc.) and he had his equipment removed and finished up when he said he would!

Robert came out and gave us an estimate and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with ideas for our new project. He came out on the dates as promised and did an outstanding job. I would recommend Robert for any concrete job. Robert really worked with us and the projects we had going on. We had several estimates but Robert was the most reasonable and he was very good to work with. If we need any concrete we will call Robert Muse.

spoke to owner and he advised that he would drive by the next day and leave an estimate, and I did not need to be home. Never showed up or called to reschedule. Followed up today, never apoligized for not showing up the first time. Wanted to reschedule, however, today it was URGENT that I be home to "discuss" the project with him. He seemed anoyed that I actually had plans tomorrow and could not change them so that I could have the privledge of giving him my money.

Excellent. They responded to my first phone call quickly, made an appointment to see our property, and provided a quick estimate. The price was competitive with other bids received. Upon signing the contract, work was completed within 48 hours. They called to inform me when they were delayed, and when they were due to arrive and begin work - kept me posted on all activity... excellent communication. Work was completed quickly, and they left no mess behind - even my wife was pleased (which is rare) :)
