Brian removed the old garbage disposal and replaced it with a 1/2 unit. Works like a champ. Brian arrived on time and did an outstanding job. He's now my go-to plumber!

He is fantastic about explaining his work, he shows up on time, and his pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend him. He is just excellent and has one of the greatest personalities you will find!

Found issue with outside container, sourced electrician for me to fix breaker issue for that pump. Explained reasons for toilet slow down. Completed troubleshoot. Stayed until electrician arrived to verify issue. Will use him again.

Brian was wonderful to work with - very professional and accommodating. I am somewhat handy and wanted to install the new fixtures myself, so he changed out the valves and carefully explained what I would need to do once he left. He was very patient and I would recommend him to anyone. He even came back at no charge when there was a problem (not his fault)!

The service went extremely well. Brian arrived on time and worked in an efficient and effective manner. He readily answered questions for preventive maintenance for other plumbing areas that were not related to this service call. Brian arrived right on time. He said between 4 and 6, and was here at 4:00. He installed the disposal in a half hour. We also barraged him with lots of questions and he answered every one. He took time to make sure thatt we understood how to work the disposal, I will definitely call Northstar the next time I need a plumber.

I called Northstar with a problem I was having to see if I could get some help as quickly as possible. Brian suggested a 5-minute fix that I could do myself instead of taking advantage of me--and it worked. Hats off to Brian for knowledge and integrity!

Went very well. No premium for a Saturday evening service visit. Prompt. Responsive to our initial service call, good communication. We would use Northstar again.

Called up Northstar about 10am and they were at my door by 1pm the same day. Very quick, courteous and easy to work with. Did the job quickly and was out with no fuss at all. Was a pleasure to work with and will be very happy to call them again in the future.

Brian was very prompt in calling to schedule the work and once we got work scheduled he arrived right on time. Unfortunately after Brian removed the old toilet we realized the toilet we had purchased did not fit in the same space. It was not his fault that the toilet didn't fit, but he offered to come back out a week later to install the new toilet that we had to special order. We were extremely pleased with his services and efforts. He also installed a new kitchen faucet for us. Brian was very professional, honest and hardworking. I would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend his work.

Brian was awesome. He communicated with me promptly and was able to schedule my service within just a few days of our first communication. I asked him for some advice on what to look for in a new toilet and he gave me fantastic suggestions. When he arrived, I was so impressed with how quickly he had the old toilet out and the new one installed. Before leaving, he took a look at a couple other things for me and give me some direction on whether they needed to be addressed. I would definitely use Brian again and highly recommend him.
