Description of Work: He changed faucets, handles, and showerheads in 2 bathrooms. |He did not return a text asking about a minor problem (possible low flow). I discovered that one faucet is crooked, didn't bother to try to contact him again. |I also talked to him about the possibility of replacing our water heater. |He said he would get in touch when he had time, but he never did. | |He gave me the feeling that he wasn't that interested in more work.

+ -1 moreBrian was very professional and responsive. The pump is working just as advertised. Hot water to the master bath is much quicker. He also fixed some connections in my crawl space that had some leaks. He finished quickly and did excellent work.

We rely on our vendors to be great communicators and to work with both our tenants and our office to ensure that jobs are scheduled quickly and problems are resolved effectively. Brian is very responsive to our needs. He completes work exactly as directed and calls our office regularly when there are any potential issues or alternative solutions to consider. He is completely professional in dealing with our tenants, provides quality work and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any homeowner or other Property Manager who is looking for a reliable & experienced plumber..
