Description of Work: Anne was very responsive to my phone request and came out quickly to quote an estimate for bi-monthly cleaning of my 4,000 sq ft. home. She was very understanding when I needed to delay my initial cleaning and it was no problem to reschedule. The service provided was outstanding and I was very pleased with the results. Although the price is more than I was paying in another state, it is very fair for the area and commensurate with other cleaning companies. I would highly recommend this service.

I really appreciate how they listen to our concerns and make a true effort to meet our needs. Description of Work: I found A Cleaning Solution on Angies List and was very glad I did. Anne and her assistant did a great job! I have used other cleaning services that did OK but A Cleaning Solution is the best and I will continue to use. I used to manage 4 star hotels so I know how a room should sparkle after cleaning and my house sparkles throughout. Even the floor behind the refrigerator is clean and the baseboards all look freshly painted. Thanks Anne!

Description of Work: Ann Pigg came out after a brief phone conversation for an estimate. She explained what her crew would do based on our request. It seemed reasonable and she set a date for the first visit. .

 + 0 moreAs I said, I called Anne on Tuesday and explained my situation, that my mother had not called anyone yet and we had a party that Saturday and could they possible forgo the free estimate and just come to clean? She quoted me a very good price so I asked her to come as soon as possible and she fit me in that same Thursday and she brought Teresa with her to help. Between Anne and Teresa, the house really sparkled clean and they were both on time and very professional. We were so happy with their service that we asked them to come back twice a month from now on! Anne and Teresa really saved the day for us and we highly recommend them!!!
Description of Work: It was a first visit to clean our home. I spoke to Anne on the phone and asked if they could come right away because we were having a party and we spoke on Tuesday and Anne and Teresa came out to the house Thursday and proceeded to do a wonderful job on the house without charging me the usual high price for first time cleaning and also the usual higher price for " emergency ", or very fast service. We have had people clean before but never from Angie's list. We were so unhappy that we joined Angie's list, found Anne at A Cleaning Solution, and when she and Teresa came, they cleaned things that never got cleaned before. My mother is very particular and she was quite happy! They cleaned all the floorboards, ceiling fans, entire showers and tubs and sinks including faucets, dusted literally everything and scrubbed all the rest. Literally we could now eat off the floor and all for $125, it was an incredible deal and a fabulous job by Anne and Teresa. My mother and I highly recommend them!!!

 + -1 moreThe lady who did the work showed up on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. I was particularly pleased with the results in the bathroom as I didn't think that shower would ever come clean, but she left it looking like new! She even swept out my screened porch of accumulated leaves and cleaned all around the screen structure which I did not expect. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Whole house cleaning, including dusting, washing floors, vacuuming, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, cleaning wood blinds, sweeping, and cleaning of a screened porch.

I HAVE 2 REPORTS FOR THIS COMPANY. I THINK IF THEY BOTHER TO COME, THEY WILL DO A GOOD JOB. BUT NOT SHOWING UP WHEN AN APPOINTMENT HAD BEEN MADE MAKES THEM UNACCEPTABLE FOR ME. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS CLEANING SERVICE.
Description of Work: THE LADY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING. SHE DID NOT HAVE TIME TO CLEAN THE DOWNSTAIRS BUT DID A GOOD JOB UPSTAIRS. I CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER CLEANING. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP THAT DAY. I WAS HAVING WEEKEND COMPANY AND IT CREATED A MAJOR PROBLEM FOR ME. WHEN I CALLED, THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T KNOW THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME. THEN THEY SAID THEY WERE ''SHORTHANDED'' AND THAT THEY HAD TRIED TO LEAVE ME A MESSAGE (NO MESSAGE WAS LEFT FOR ME). I WAS VERY UPSET THAT I WAS BASICALLY ''BLOWN OFF''.
