My husband and I have been customers of A Cleaning Solution for several years and have never been disappointed. They are experienced, insured, honest, very thorough and pleasant. Their rates are reasonable too. I feel very comfortable leaving home while they are cleaning. It's money well spent!

Fine but I don't think they are as thorough as they could be and I think they charge me more than others but you can't beat their reliability.

Having company for Easter & having been sick for over a week, I was not able to do the cleaning myself. Anne was able to fit us in on short notice. The lady she had scheduled for us called in sick, so Anne did the job herself rather than canceling. She did an amazing job going above & beyond my expectations.

The owner called me back very quickly after I submitted an online quote request. She was very professional throughout the process. She made time to come to our house prior to the cleaning to survey it and determine the work needed and the number of cleaners she would need to send. She was even able to set up service for a weekend morning on only three days notice. The quality of the cleaning was very good, but not perfect. There were some areas that appeared to have been gone through hastily. However, this does not necessarily reflect on the individual who cleaned, but more the fact that an additional cleaner probably would have been good. We do have one complaint which is that the cleaner who started the cleaning on a Saturday morning was supposed to be relieved by another person in the afternoon, but that second person never showed up. This caused us some inconvenience, but the first person was good enough to come back early the next morning to finish the job.

Jennifer did a very thoroughly cleaning from crown moulding to floor. She left my home feeling like new. No complaints about any of the service. She is excellent and the owner is very professional and fair. Overall, this is a superior business and I am happy to benefit from their superiority

Karen and Jennifer did initial house cleaning. I was very pleased with services rendered and set scheduled every two week cleaning. Teresa came for second cleaning and I continue to be totally satisfied with all services. Will use A Cleaning Solution regularly. Ann (owner) is a great lady, easy going and so nice. Hats off to these ladies!! I am very pleased!!!

Ann, the owner, is a down to earth, gentle soul. I wasn't sure what I was getting (for service) at first because she wasn't pushy about how wonderful her company is. So I tried her bi-weekly cleaning service and couldn't be happier. Previously, I'd tried 4 other services and only one of them was good enough to keep on. I don't watch like a hawk as they move around but I occasionally walk by and see them cleaning the spindles and legs of chairs, something that they could easily pass by. To me, the sign of a good service company is when the staff does the "right" thing, even when no one is looking. Although I rarely call Ann because something was missed, etc., she makes sure that it is immediately addressed and corrected. Another big plus for me is that I absolutely trust her staff alone in my home. They never complain and work their tails off!

They are very thorough and their cleaning exceeded my expectations. They pay attention to detail. I am more than pleased with their services and will continue to use them Bi-weekly.

A Cleaning Solution began cleaning for me in February when my former house cleaner retired. Since then, they have cleaned for me once a month and I've been totally satisfied every time. They always check with me after the house has been cleaned to make sure everything has been done to my satisfaction. They are prompt and friendly. Anne handles her business in a professional manner, while remaining approachable and friendly. She seems to make sure that she provides an associate that will fit well with each client. I truly value the service they provide and their attention to detail.

Being our first time to have their service in the past, they had to do more. Their service price was supposed to be 150$, but they gave us the Angie's list 10 percent discount price for all their service because we were their first timer customer. Recently, I had their service again, and they were really good. They were very thorough, and they used the cleaning products that I like. I have used cleaning companies in the past that just kind of push the dirt around, and the dirt would still be there. The same girl comes to our house to do the service, and she does a really good job.

From the time we met and obtained quotes it has gone very well.

We have now used Anne's team for 18 months since relocating from the Indianapolis area. Very professional, good commuincator and makes sure you have the correct match in terms of the colleague she sends for your service. We have all the standard housecleaning duties done every other week, and Teresa --our regular professional -- has become a wonderful compliment to our cleaning regimen. The moost impressive thing about Anne, is she is so down to earth, she will go out of her way to make sure what you wnat done is done to the point of pitching in -- and even doing the service personally if need be. This has been a rare occurence, but has really impressed us with her comittment to excellence. We have a 2story w full basement , 4 bedroom 3/12 bath home, that requires around 4-4'12 hrs of cleaning to include a screened in porch and its done to our exacting standards. we used a service for 16 yrs in indianapolis after firinf two firms for sloppy work prior, so it was a great relief to find anne on the first try trough Angie's list.... I have been very impressed with Anne and her team. They are professional, prompt, and thorough. I really appreciate her willingness to listen to, and address, our concerns. She sent one of her cleaners and they did a great job for a fair price. I just hired Anne to now do my home.

Anne showed up promptly to give me an estimate, & I ended up hiring her. Anne and another woman came, did a thorough job. I felt very comfortable having them in my house. I felt they were both very trustworthy, friendly, and professional.

Ann responded to my initial e-mail quickly and was available to meet in person quickly there after. She looked over the apartment and gave me an estimate. She thoroughly explained the services she and her team would provide. We then agreed on a date and time acceptable to us both. She called a few days later and backed up the time an hour and a half, which was acceptable to me. On the day of cleaning, she and an additional 2 employees showed up ready to work. I let them in and we agreed I would return 3 hours later. I returned in 3 hours and although they were not finished yet, Ann informed me she had slightly underestimated the time that would be involved, so I added another $50.00 to her estimate, leaving her with a check. She agreed they would lock up behind themselves. Ann called the next day to let me know that the packers had left a few things behind and she had bagged them and left them in the garage. She also stated that if there were any problems, she would be happy to return to correct them. I checked on the apartment a few days later and found that they had done an excellent job. There was just one slight oversight in that they neglected to sweep out the back porch, but other than that, they were very thorough. It was such a quick fix, I did not bother Ann to come back, I just swept it out myself.

Our Phone call was returned promptly and I interviewed Anne over the phone. She agreed to come to the house for a no-obligation quote & showed up on time and I walked her through the property. I laid out our expectations & she was willing to do the work. She honestly told us some of the ceilings were very high & would necessitate tall ladders & would add to the time involved, which was understandable and fine with us. Her quote seemed very reasonable, & what I really liked was --- although from our first phone conversation she knew I had used Angies list --- I never mentioned the coupon to see if she would...and she did. I thought that was pure class & appreciated her honesty right then & there. Her crew came out and did what was promised & we were very pleased. So pleased in fact we hired them to service us every other week! ACS has made us feel quite good about servicing our cleaning needs & I appreciate their good follow-up skills.

They are very detalied and do the best job of any cleaners we have ever used. They are also dog freindly

Arrived on time, had all their equipment introduced themselves and started. Had to leave they locked the house when they finished. Hired for monthly cleaning.

I called A Cleaning Solution on Wednesday and asked if they could have my house cleaned by Friday. The owner said she would have to call me back and she did. She said they could come Friday morning at 11:30. She called me again Friday morning at about 11am saying that they had finished their last job early and were on their way. I wasn't home and hurried back to let them in, but that's was fine. The earlier they got started, the better it was for me. Anne and Mindy came in and started working right away. I had not asked for an estimate before they arrived, I was just happy to have someone come out. She looked over my 2600 sq ft house - only one bedroom was to be cleaned, however. She estimated $125-$150 for a general housecleaning and said a "deep cleaning" would be around $250. We agreed on just a general housecleaning and they continued working. The deep cleaning, was to my understanding, cleaning things like baseboards and ceiling fans, which was not necessary for this situation. What I don't understand is why they would do things like dust my blinds, clean a smudge of a light switch, clean all the window panes on the doors to the study, wash the inside of my trash can and the wall behind my stove, and ignore things like using the edging tool on the carpet in my living room and not dusting between the spindles on the stair rail. Those are things that I do in a general cleaning and would expect a cleaning service to do as well. We have been battling ants and so it was very plain to see that they did not vacuum the edges of my carpet. I have a toddler who makes messes (don't they all?) and there was crayon on the windowsill and her play table in the living room and no attempt was made to remove it. I would not expect them to move my couch or other large furniture to vacuum under it in a general housecleaning, but small items like a floor lamp and small bins of toys, I certainly would - and they did not. I was not able to inspect their work when they finished, as I was busy, or I would have pointed this out to them. Upon leaving, I was told I owed $135 for 3 hours of work. I feel like I overpaid because of the things that were left out as I mentioned. I'm glad they were able to come out on such short notice because it was a tremendous help to me, but I don't feel like I should have to continue the job after they leave and for this reason I will not be using them again.

Two cleaning women came to my home,on time, and did a THOROUGH job. They cleaned every nook and cranny of my home! The scrubbed the floors, vacuumed, washed windows, cleaned the kitchen, scrubbed the bathrooms and polished the furniture. They dusted ALL surfaces. I was amazed at their tireless ability to focus and clean! Their demeanor was professional and at the same time friendly. I was so satisfied that I spoke to the owner, Ann, and arranged for a cleaning every two weeks! Since that time, they have come one time and worked just as hard as they did the first time! I loved it!

It was a pleasant experience. The owner is very polite and professional. At first we spoke via email, and setup a visit for an estimate. To be honest, she did not arrive at the scheduled time. However I called her and she was very apologetic, and explained her reason for not being on time. She did arrive later that day, and provided an accurate estimate for the services. Since then, she has always been very responsive and on time. I signed up for bi-weekly cleaning, but I have only had the initial cleaning performed so far. The two women that showed up were very friendly and did a great job. As long as they continue to be on time and do a great job, I will be happy to continue using them. Please note: The approximate cost I had noted was for the initial cleaning only (labor cost x hours). My future scheduled bi-weekly cleaning will be a cheaper flat rate.
