The attic is about 500 square feet with a half bath. The molding and bookcases look amazing. The flooring was in quickly and looks beautiful and the bathroom turned out better than we even imagined. I highly recommend you keep looking. His crew (the builders, did do a great job), but the unprofessionalism of Matt is the reason I leave this post. I have the screenshots of his texts to me and my wife. Oh, and don't let him use your outlets, if his crew blows them he will question them to begin with."
