. I have used Tailor Made Lawns for years and have always been happy with the results. They are very professional and stand by their work. When we first moved to HIckory, my wife couldn't spend a lot of time in our backyard without being bitten by mosquitoes. We tried a lot of different things like mosquito plants, bug lamps, candles, etc. and nothing worked. Tailor Made suggested we use their mosquito control service. We were skeptical at first since we heard that spraying doesn't really work if ours is the only yard in the neighborhood being sprayed. Since we were please with the lawn service we decided to try the mosquito control. It worked! We have been using Tailor Made Lawns' mosquito control service for about five years and my wife has enjoyed our back yard for all those years. It is now a "must have" every year. Their mosquito control service is as professional as their lawn service. They let us know in advance when they are coming and do the job efficiently. I highly recommend Tailor Made Lawns for both lawn care and mosquito control.

Not well at all. The substance that was applied to kill the weeds, killed the Bermuda grass and left the weeds intact. We ended up manually digging up the clumps of weeds. We were unable to get grass seeds to grow. We received a letter of complaint from our HOA because of the bare lawn, wherein the years before we always got "lawn of the Month" during the summer.

When they came out, we then started having them fertilize the lawn. For the mosquito spraying and the bug spraying combined, it was $49.95. The grass was reseeded but there are some spots that we need to call them back out on to see. It might need to be reseeded in a few spots and I haven't called them back yet. The aerating and the seeding cost was kind of expensive. I did ask them about that and they said they do use top quality materials that's why it's higher.

We had a huge party and purchased this treatment 2 weeks in advance. They came and sprayed our yard the day before the party. We never actually saw them but there was a sign in our front yard and it seemed to work!

Tailor Made Lawns is just terrific! Polite, reliable, punctual and courteous. Best of all, the mosquito spraying is very effective and long lasting. Michael called me the day before the treatments so I could be sure to keep my cat inside. An hour after he left, she was clear to go out again. This is a very nice company with a very good product. I had a promotional rate for two treatments and plan to sign up for future treatments.

They were prompt and did exactly what they said they would do. It has been two weeks and no mosquitoes. They took it upon themselves to come back during the month and respray due to the rain issue. The person showed up and was very thorough in spraying for mosquitos. He took time to answer questions I had since this was the first time I ever used a mosquito-spraying service. The results were good; the mosquito problem disappered for several weeks.

They were prompt and courteous enough to give a call ahead of the arrival to ensure out pets were not outside in the yard. They even came out in between the two treatments since when we had Mosquitos show up a week later.

They were outstanding. They were just out of the ballpark! They showed up and called me in a timely manner. They showed up on time for the second appointment as well.

They did a good job and we were pleased.

We didn't need to be present for the actual service, so we didn't interact directly with the staff. However, they left information for us, communicated via email, and have been very easy to work with. In addition, we have been mosquito-free since the first treatment.

tHEY CAME OUT AS PROMISED, EVEN THOUGH i FORGOT. sOMEHOW THEY GOT IN BACK YARD EVEN WITH MY DOGS, WHICH WAS IMPRESSIVE. i WAS GLAD THAT THE WEEDS ALL DIED, AND THAT WAS GREAT. i GOT THEM WITH A BIG DEAL THRU ANGIES LIST. bUT A BIG PROBLEM IS that we have Bahai grass in back and I felt the treatment killed all of my bahai. Half of my grass was gone after a week in the back. The owner called me and said that was attributed to the tree canopy (too much shade) and also the amount of rain we had, plus dogs. However I have always grown good grass in the back and always had shade and dogs.. . So I have to assume it was the tree growth & rain, but not altogether convinced. After discussing, he agreed to adjust my bill for the 2nd visit. Overall, I think he did a good job and I havent seen any weeds for a long time. So I got my money's worth on the BIG deal. Hopefully, I can use him again.

The deal I thought stated that you were to get two applications for the 65.00 or 69.00 whichever. To me that means coming to my home two times for service, but when I spoke with the service rep. he tells me that two applications were applied at the same time. I dont quite understand that. Also, I was asked when it would be a good time to treat my yard. I thought this meant that someone would call me and schedule a time to be there. Instead, they just showed up. I really wanted to be there so I could discuss what was being done and ask questions about troubled areas. The rep did call me twice to explain what he did. He even offered to come back and do a free treatment. He was very nice, courteous and professional. Overall, I guess Im okay. It hasnt been enough time yet to see if the treatment did any good. I just would I could have been there to discuss the process and I would have been very pleased.

It took us a little bit to get a date settled at no fault of Taylor Made, after we did the service was done as expected. The gentleman came in time and performed a very good spraying on the front and back area. I told them my problem spots. Since then we have had no issues with Mosquitos. Excellent job, will use again.

They responded immediately after my purchase to schedule an appointment. The service was completed with 100% satisfaction within 2 days. I have already purchased service for family members.

We've had Taylor Made Lawns doing mosquito control all summer the last 2 years. Our backyard was unbearable before. Now we can use it mosquito free!

The best thing about this service is that you do not have to be home at the time of service. I paid for 2 treatments and they came on schedule and the best part of all the treatments really work. Will be calling on them again very soon!

On time, polite and professional. They have been doing our lawn fertilization, etc. for over a year and our lawn has never looked so good.

Provider came promptly after i placed 2 orders for their special deal on March 13, 2014. CJ was the representative. He gave a lot of info about the lawn, type of grass, etc. He Applied weed killer and fertilizer to my rental property which has Fescue and grass looks good. I have Bermuda grass at my home and it is very slow growing in this year. The lawn is still 50% brown, and today is May 14, not sure if it has anything to do with the fertilizer or weed killer that was applied. Mike came by today to access the lawn. His suggestion was that the Bermuda grass is starting to grow and we would be better off to wait until August and start the fall program which will consist of aeration, seeding and fertilization of the lawn. He stated it is too late to plant seeds at this time. My husband and I both agreed with Mike and will follow up with treatment in the fall. We appreciate the promptness, honesty and attention given by this company and will use them again in the future. 6-5-2014 Unfortunately, the Bermuda grass is mostly dead after treatment. I have huge areas of brown grass and others that are completely bare. Last year I won "Yard of the Month". I don't know what happened, apparently the treatment that was applied by CJ apparently was not the right one for Bermuda Grass. Mike , a representative of Tailor made lawns came to my home three weeks ago and told me that the grass would grow back. It has not. Our lawn is the worst on the block. I am ashamed of it. I have contacted another company to see if they can help.

Our lawn looked terrible. Now my son can run around and I don't have to worry about weeds, fire ants, bees, etc. The techs are all really nice, and give you instructions to help maintain. I have GREEN grass that still needs a few more months to completely heal, but it is already 100% better. Thanks!

There were no troubles with scheduling. They have been prompt and courteous. They offer services without any long term commitments and they allow for services without any contracts. It turned out very well. We are very pleased and they have been great to work with.

I have been using Tailor Made for 4 years and they do great work. I will continue using them. My technician is named Grant and he is very professional and always provides all the details of what he has done and tips for things I can do to make my lawn look even better. Quite a few of my neighbors use this company too.

They arrive and a pray and the results are very good. Mosquito population is greatly reduced. I have a pool and am able to enjoy it without getting eaten alive.
