Outstanding! My yard has never looked so great.

They were a bit behind, so I had to call a few times to get the work scheduled (which is actually unusual for them) but the work done exceeded my expectations. They trimmed the shrubs, edged the beds, and spread the mulch around the house. It was a fairly large job, but I was very happy with the work when I came home and it looked great. Would definitely use them again.

After they sprayed, a few days later we were at our pool and were bitten by mosquitoes. They had just been to our house to spray. Needless to say, it was not a good Fourth of July. I called the office and they said not to worry they would be back in a week or two. They do not come back out in between the 3 week sprays (which other companies do). We have been bitten after has after every treatment. I will NEVER hire them again. Very disappointing!!!

That's about it. They didn't do any plating or anything. They could not provide the service in a timely manner. They were very good.They had such a schedule, I'm talking six to eight weeks. If I purchased something I expect it to be available to me sooner than that and they were so booked. I was even going to buy it again this year, but I had to cancel because they were only going to be able to get to me sometime later this month and that was two months ago. I really liked them except they book so much. I was going to use them again, but I need something prior to eight weeks. We were very satisfied with everything except for the fact that they couldn't get to you in time.

Communication with the office is beyond a nightmare. Owner that came out and discussed work was prompt and professional. The agreed work was not completed in the time that the owner felt it would be and I had to pay for additional time. Understanding that in the summer more breaks are needed, it concerned me that it came out of the four hour package I had purchase through Angie's List. The crew leader watched the time closely and several times came to me to telling me how much time I had left yet left some work undone.

I use them for landscaping. I got them on contract. On the cost, I'm not going to say.

They came out and measured in advance, showed me the plans ahead of time as well as an estimate for the extension to the deck. They were professional and very reasonable with their prices.

The initial guy who came to see what I needed to have done was a bit late and not much in way of personality or professionalism but nothing I'd complain about -we only spent a short time together. The guys they sent though were very nice, prompt, quick and efficient.

So far there have been 2 out of 3 treatments and few mosquitoes. Seems to be working fine!

Initial treatment was timely from the moment I purchased the deal, with excellent communication, as well.

When the gentlemen met with me, I was informed that I shouldn't have spent $200 on them. What I wanted done was treatment for my lawn to take care of crab grass. He told me that no one would be able to do that until mid-June (This was early May at the time, and this was later pushed back to late June/early July), and so he would use the money I spent to mow once, fertilize once, then treat for weeds once. The mowing happened within a few days and was very well done. The fertilization happened a couple weeks later and was just okay. Finally, as I needed my weed problem dealt with before the summer ended, I went with a different company and cancelled the rest of the service. The other company was out within the week. Pine Valley Turf would not refund me the money that had not yet been spent. ***UPDATE*** After cancelling the service, they came and did it anyway, which I didn't want.

There was a little misunderstanding at the beginning regarding the work that was included but we worked it out and the two men did a fantastic job. They even did a little more than was required of them which I consider excellent customer service. The beds look fantastic now!

It worked out great. I will continue to use this company in the future and they have been very attentive.

I just get a bill every month. The work is very good.

Very professional and thorough. Excellent communication throughout the process. I will hire Pine Valley Turf Management again. Other companies pale in comparison.

They did exactly what I asked them to with no issues.
