PINE VALLEY TURF MANAGEMENT & DESIGN

Requested a quote through Angies' list, but never got a response.

We've use Pine Valley for over a year and we couldn't be happier. Our nice fescue grass was almost destroyed by weeds and invasion of Bermuda grass. Pine Valley's treatment, fertilization and overseeding now has our large lawn absolutely beautiful. I love that if I see weeds growing they respond quickly to my concern.

I never heard from this contractor and don't have any idea who they are. I doubt that they would come to Charlotte from Concord.

Bed looks horrible no landscape fiber just a sloppy unprofessional job. Will not return phone calls. And I guess they wouldn't after the money has been paid. There work is not gaurnteed. I guess they have a problem with certain aspects of the community. I will use this company again, and I would not recommend anyone esle to use them. I got ripped off at my own expence. But when you know better you do better.

No attention to detail. Did not bother to come back to make any changes to what was done.

I have always been very pleased w/ their work.

this was the worst job ever done. Do not walk away but run away from these people. They charged me $500 and did nothing.

Was told that the device would be done every Tuesday except when it rained. It was hit or miss whether they would show up. When asked that they come back that week to mow, they were there less than 20 minutes and clear that they did not fully mowed. It would fine of this was a rare occurrence but it happens way too often for my taste. The work alone is adequate when hey actually do it but comparing our doing it ourselves vs. professional lawn mowing. you might as well do it yourself.

I have an ongoing agreement with Pine Valley and they service my lawn 7 times per year. My lawn looks very good this Spring.

The whole process went smoothly and quickly. Aeration was accomplished with deep plugs that really opened up the soil. Seeding was a bit higher than the estimate, but within a reasonable amount. Everyone was friendly and professional.

We were very pleased, they came when scheduled to come and did a great job.

For the Curb appeal, PV trimmed all the hedges and trees on my property. My yard / lawn never looked better. Edged the flowerbeds and put mulch down . I balked at the expense of the annual cost of their annual contract, once I considered what I payed for lawn service and chemical applications, and annual seeding and aeration it came out to about amount I was paying for separate services. Based on past experience with VP, I trust I will be very pleased with the mowing season services too. If it works out well, I'm still gonna pay more for the quality . Office staff and Landscaper are great to work with. So far, so good. Happy!

Okay and they were supposed to follow up. They did not come back.

As always, Pine Valley did a great job. You can rely on them to be on time, do the job requested without mishaps or misunderstandings, and they people are always polite and eager to please. Wish I could afford them on a regular basis.

As usual, Pine Valley provided A+ service. They are reliable, affordable with their specials, always courteous to deal with and service is never shoddy. Great company to deal with.

When work was done- it looked great. Just took forever to get them to respond.

The service went fine...I guess. They would call the day before they would come out. I never actually saw them but the mosquitoes in my yard seemed to diminish.

Haven't showed up yet! It's mid august and you would think after paying for a full year $540 upfront they would be a little more responsive. They were really adamant about getting payment, but in the turnaround to service they take their time. I'm supposed to get whatever they do I need to wait another 2 weeks!!! The worst is WHEN I CALLED to find out when they will come the lady said "SIR, YOU'RE THE ONE WHO DECIDED TO PAY UP FRONT FOR THE FULL YEAR!" Wow...great customer service. You know what? I won't be paying next year.
