My name is Shane Nelson I am the owner of DISCOUNT RENOVATIONS. We have been in business for 16 Years and we pretty much can do it all. The only service we do not provide is carpet. We specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodels. We are very well trained with plumbing, tile, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, roofing, and I could keep going. My workmanship speaks for itself. If you want quality work at a fair price then I'm your guy. I am not the cheapest person out there and for good reason. I stay busy so if you are needing work done immediately I'm probably not going to be that guy. "Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
