Hayden & Sons Plumbing

Although my home was out of his service area, he was very kind and explained what I needed do as I waited for the outside temperature to increase. My water heater, etc., is in my attic. He also offered to travel to my home, if what he suggested did not work (run water from taps, open undercounted doors, etc.). Fortunately, this did work, but I appreciated his kindness, professionalism and time! |

I had a valve which was making a loudy cranking noise every time a faucet was closed. Called Jeff and got an appointment set. While on the phone he said I could try something as he suspected the problem was in the PRV valve as per my description of problem. He teached me over the phone how to adjust it, so I could give it a shot and fix without spending the money on a visit for what seemed to be a very simple issue. I did it and it worked fine ! I called him back to cancel the visit. What a honest professional who truly cares for his customers !! The visit didn't work out this time but I sure have his contact down in case I need plumbing service in the future.

Service was great from top to bottom. Jeff showed up when he said he would, did extremely professional work, and clearly has a great depth of product knowledge that he was most willing to share. Price was very fair, and less than 36 hours after my first call, I had a new water heater installed. Highly recommended.

Our experience was outstanding. When leak was discovered last night, we sent a message on Angie's List (about 10pm). When I called at 8:00 they already knew about our problem and Jeff was at our house within 1.5 hr. Quickly identified issue and fixed it right away. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for better service. Also cost was extremely reasonable. We will use him for all of our plumbing needs from here on out.

I had water leaking from the upstairs master bath toilet supply line. A few weeks ago my toilet line froze and I finally realized I had a slow leak. I was concerned I had a leak in the wall because the water was coming through the outside overhang onto the deck. Matt Hayden checked out the toilet and located the source of the leak. It was very simple after all... the packing nuts were not secure. I know this may sound very simple to some of you out there however a plumber I am not! I have no idea how plumbing works so I was very thankful to find an honest, reliable and value minded plumbing service. This is how all businesses should be run. Thank you Hayden & Sons!

I was very pleased with the Hayden's. Jeff returned my initial call within an hour and we set up an appointment at that time. Both Jeff and Matt arrived on time and were very helpful, pleasant and professional - a great team. They repaired a leaking faucet in a guest bath rarely used and took the time to check the second sink as a preventive measure. All other work was done quickly and effectively, taking the time needed to avoid costly replacement in the process. Jeff also provided some helpful tips on things we were not aware of. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again should the need arise!

The Hayden's did a great job. Father and son team. Very friendly and pleasant. Called late in the day on Thursday and they were here at noon on Friday. I would rather give my business to a family instead of a large company. My first call will be to them if we have any other plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

We had an extremely positive experience. They were amazingly responsive and despite short notice came by that evening - even after they had already had a long day. They were well informed, willing to dig into the source of a leak - tracking it down and doing a repair on site. This problem of significant, and hard to find leak, for some time was immediately fixed. This team is personable, professional and helpful. I absolutely recommend them and while I hope we do not have to use them again - I know they would be the ones I would turn to!!

A super father/son team!! They came the same day I called, and I was impressed when I first met them. Both were very professional and personable. They began work immediately after crawling under the house and locating the leak. They had to cut out the leaking portion of the pipe and then explained why it had started leaking. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues and would recommend them to others.

EXCELLENT! I was extremely pleased with EVERYTHING. The initial call was returned promptly and an appointment was made. Both Hayden and son showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got it corrected. They gave a courtesy call when they were in route to my house. They were professional and friendly. Arrived on time, got the job done, offered some good advice and didn't charge more than the job was worth. Cant ask for better than that! Extremely nice father/son duo that went out of their way to please.

I found the burst pipe and looked up plumbers on Angie's List after cutting off water to the house. They said they could come that evening and were here within an hour or so of my call. The job was done quickly and well.

They arrived on time, they showed the problem, fixed the leak, and were VERY thorough to be sure the leak was gone. Cleaned up and were very professional. We will use them again and will recommend them to others.

The Hayden's were OUTSTANDING! Mr. Hayden was kind of enough to take my call on a Sunday and we set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. Mr. Hayden and his son were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. Not only was the installation excellent; they also took the time to thoroughly explain the new water heater and its functions. I have a rental property and my tenant said the facet would stop flowing when the she flushed the sink. Matthew came and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Matthew was able to pin point the issue and correct the problem. We had a previous plumber that installed a vary cheap faucet that caused all the issues. Matthew instantly spotted the problem and replaced it with another faucet that should last another 10 years like my previous faucet prior to the cheap faucet. He also help me understand how to look for a good faucet. I will defiantly use them again!

I wasn't overly impressed - thought it was really high-priced for the minor work they did and the amount of time they were at my house, and that was AFTER their Angie's List discoutn. On top of that I had to reschedule with them a couple of times due to THEIR availability. The clencher for me, though, and why I probably won't use them again is that I asked them to look at my dishwasher. I felt there was a plumbing problem there because it would never fully drain after a cycle. They took a really quick look under the sink and said the lines looked clear to them and that - because it was a brand new dishwasher - it was a defect with the dishwasher itself. Well, I had to wait 2 weeks for a dishwasher service tech to come out and look at the dishwasher; and it turned out it was a plumbing/piping problem after all. I felt like that was a lot of hassle and it should have been caught by the plumbers.

Matt and his father came out. I love family operated businesses rather than "big box" vendors. The service is much more personal. When I first called he had me try something on my own, just in case it would work and to try and save me some money. The fix did not work, they came out the same day. My toilet was making a loud grinding or sledgehammer type of sound when it was flushed. They identified the problem and fixed it. They also fixed a water pressure issue as well. They were very polite, and even tightened up my rocking toilet without me asking, and did not charge. No mess was left behind. I finally feel as though I found honest plumbers in the area.

Jeff and Matt were on time and both friendly. They checked out the leaky shower head and diagnosed the problem as a faulty cartridge that needed replacement. They left to go buy the part they needed and returning about 30 min later. They installed the part and were on their way. The whole process took about an hour, including their trip to the store. Overall, I was satisfied. They were personable people, did the job efficiently, and left the area clean.

It went great. Jeff and his son diagnosed the problem, ordered the new part, and installed it. Jeff kept me informed throughout the process and did great work at a very fair price. I highly recommend Hayden and Sons.

Matt Hayden arrived on time for the appointment. He was very professional in appearance as well as behavior. The job was much more involved than I had originally indicated. He found problems under the house and sent pictures to my phone so that I could see the work that needed to be done. The price was very fair considering the amount to time and work involved. I would certainly use this company again as well as recommend it to others.

My Water heater broke on Friday and water was splashing on the floor. I panicked and I called Hayden & Sons plumbing. They were busy and they could not schedule at the same day, but the guy took the time and he gave me instructions from the phone to shut off the water and the gas without charging me. We made an appointment on Monday and he was punctual. They were prepared ,a nd they were very flexible with the time. Actually they stayed over 5:00 pm without charging me extra fee for after hours. I ewas very happy wight the work. I asked them if I have to replace another water heater that I have in the kitchen but they told that I don't have to. I appreciate that they were not after my money and they were sincere. they did an excellent plumbing work and my new water heater works very well.
