Description of Work: I had an appointment with Hayden & Sons Plumbing to do some water heater and faucet repair work. I took the day off of work to be home. Matthew called one hour before the scheduled appointment to say he was getting sick and asked to reschedule. I advised this was no problem as I understood that he had no control over that. We rescheduled for two weeks later and again I took the day off of work. They never showed up for the appointment nor did they call. I have since found another plumber, John's Plumbing, who showed up as scheduled and performed the repairs.
