The service was good. They were very prompt and thorough.

I called Hayden & Sons and asked them to take a look at my gas hot water heater. Jeff and Matt came right out and immediately found the problem. They reported that I would need a new tank. They explained my options and the costs involved. I decided to go with an electric tank. They made some phone calls and within a couple of hours I had a new hot water tank. I'm a single female and knew nothing about hot waters heaters, so I really appreciated that they took the time to explain the problem and the options. I truly felt they were looking out for me. I would definitely use them again!

Noticed hot water heater was leaking. I called Hayden and Sons on Monday morning. Jeff discussed options with me gave an estimate and said they would be able come by after another job they had that morning. Jeff called before they came and arrived as promised. They quickly accessed what was needed to complete the job, left to pick to up a water heater and returned in short order. Jeff and Matthew were very knowledgeable, professional, good natured and easy to talk to. They worked quickly, did a great job and cleaned up after the install. It was obvious that they were experienced and took pride in their work. It was a very good experience. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. They will be first on my list to call if I have any additional plumbing needs.

He was on time for the appointment. I did not have to clean up very much after they left and they did haul away the used items. UPDATE 11.6.12 The guy who did it said he had installed this kind of toilet before but you have to adjust it so there is water in the bowl rather than it literally being dry. I experience a problem with him not. I just checked the installation instructions that are put out by the manufacturer. They explain how to adjust it. It is just common sense that you have to add water to the bowl, you can't just keep it dry where the exit hole is. This was not done, plus the fill tube was not connected properly. The job was not done completely. They should have checked that more thoroughly. I think they must not have read the instructions even though the instructions are rather brief.

Hayden and Sons came out in a reasonable amount of time to look at a leak in the house. They found the toilet had a small crack. They showed me what the problem was, obtained the parts and put in a toilet. I would definitely use them again.

Hayden and Sons saved me $4500. They came out and gave me a second opinion on our hot water heater that was not working. The company we called first, Pro Plumbing, told us we needed to replace hot water heater and recommended we also replace our 2nd hot water heater - total cost $4500. I decided to get a second opinion before spending that much. Called Hayden and Sons, they came out the same day and really looked over the hot water heater. Checked it all out and then asked if i had hit the reset button on the power vent. I asked what reset button. He hit the button and the hot water heater fires up. No problems. It has been 3 weeks since they came out and the hot water is working fine. How refreshing to have an honest plumber that spent a few minutes to really find out what was wrong. They have all my future businss. Thanks Hayden and Sons.

Excellent service! Very conscientious about the work being performed. He called before arriving to let us know he was on his way. There was no mess left behind. Very pleasant individual to have in our home. We will definitely use them again should the need arise. Highly recommend their service.

There's almost nothing worse than waking up and finding there's no hot water! I called Jeff Hayden early in the morning, and we agreed that he would come out after I got home from work. Jeff confirmed my suspicion that the leaking hot water heater was rusted out and beyond repair. He obtained a new one very quickly and set to work. My "low-boy" water heater is located in a crawl space which is just that--dark, dank, dirt-floored, and cramped. Jeff took it all in stride, and I couldn't believe how quickly he and his son were able to get the old water heater out, load it on his truck, and install the new one. Jeff is a true professional, and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Thanks, Hayden & Sons!

It couldnt have been any better. We generally use another company, but they weren't available. I called this comapny and they came immediately. They said that it was probably a one time thing, and didnt try to sell us on anything; they are very honest, and very reasonable. They do excellent work. They are really good plumbers.

My faucet needed to be replaced after I had granite cabinet tops and a new sink installed. I called a plumber that I got off Angie's list, he was busy so he recommended Hayden & Sons. Mr. Hayden performed the work in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the job.
