To the point, fine. Personable and available when needed. Used them twice and I would recommend them.

Called them on Thursday and they said they could do the work on Friday. They called me ahead of time to say they were on the way and got here about 2 hours before their time estimate on Thursday. They quickly removed the pump and determined the impeller of the pump was broken, which they showed me. They noted the pump was an off brand pump and recommended a zoeller pump. They replaced the pump quickly and left no mess behind. I would have no hesitation in using these guys again and recommend them to our friends. It's always good to know good plumbers.

They did a good job overall, but for 2 hours work I felt $350 was a bit too high.

He called us back right away and scheduled an appointment to come out. He came as promised; very nice and professional. Very knowledgeable and competent. We would not hesitate to call him again.

I called him on April 16, 2013 and he returned my call the same day. We set it up for the next day between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. He was late getting there since he was tied up with previous customer. But he did make it to my home to check out the water heater. He said he had installed the brand of water heater I had and they performed well. I told him the water was getting cooler after someone take a bath or 1-2 showers. So he checked the 2 elements and thermostats on my electric water heater. Everything was working fine and there was no problems with the way it was working. He had shut it off and turned it back on and I could hear it come on andhe said it is working properly. He said there was nothing else to do. No need to get a new element which is what he thought was the problem. He checked an element in his truck and his meter lit up like it did with my element to show that it was working correctly. He said that since he did not do anything he hated to charge me any money. But he had to charge something. He charged me $60.00. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he did not try to perform an unnecessary service. I would use his service again.

Had a faucet in my bathroom that would have to be turned one way then turn back all the other way then back to middle to get warm water. It would either be extremely hot or cold. Also had a faucet that leaked outside. Making it impossible to use a hose pipe. Put answers in wrong boxes. Can you switch?

Mr. Hayden returned my call within 2 hours. As promised, he called before he and Matthew came, and they arrived promptly as scheduled. Both Jeff and Matthew Hayden were courteous, friendly, and honest. Given the difficulty of the work area in the crawl space, they promptly and professionally repaired the broken drain line. I will not hesitate to use Hayden & Sons Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

On time, professional service

Wow, these guys are good. Woke up to water in my garage. Called them in the am and they were there promptly in early pm as promised. Diagnosed the problem, installed the new water heater, and they were gone. Courteous, professional, reasonably priced. A thumbs up for Hayden and Sons.

Were able to walk me through a fix for my issue today as a courtesy without a need for a service call when I thought I'd already tried everything in the book. Definitely sold on giving them my business in the future and giving them this positive review to remind myself of that. Thanks Angie's List and Hayden & Sons Plumbing!

They came and did what they needed to do efficiently and did not take a long time. I don't remember their price being out of line. The serviceman who came out was really responsive; I scheduled an appointment and he came right away.

MR. HAYDEN WAS HONEST AND FRIENDLY. HE WAS CLEAR AND OPEN ABOUT WHAT TO EXPECT, AND HE WAS PUNCTUAL, AND PROFESSIONAL WITH THE DELIVERY OF SERVICE. I HOPE NOT TO NEED THE SERVICE AGAIN, BUT WILL CALL HIM FIRST IF NEED ARISES, AND HAVE RECOMMENDED TO A FRIEND.

They came out and gave me an estimate and returned the next day to complete the repairs. They were prompt and the price quoted was what I paid. They were extremely polite and professional. The weather was rainy that day and they took extra care to clean up my wood floors from any water and mud they carried in.

After 4 hours, success. Additionally, it was Matthew's birthday and he cancelled his birthday get together to finish the job at my house. Would I use them again, absolutely. Would I recommend Hayden and Sons, absolutely.

everyt Hayden Plumbing and Heating is exceptional first time they did logs. then they installed and hooked up city water and sewage they we're fast courteous polite they informed you every step of the way. if there was going to be a delay for the inspector they informed you they did excellent work they were on time prompt. they hidden't cost anything added they took care of I was very impressed they did an excellent work there was no mess to clean a everything was taken care ofz I will use them again definitely hing was excellent very professional polite courteous respectful and friendly

Mr. Hayden and his son arrived on time, were very professional and solved our problems quickly. I was impressed by their honesty. Mr. Hayden brought a new faucet to replace the old leaking one, but after looking at the present faucet he felt he could repair rather than replace it. They cleaned up whatever small mess that was made. Their fees were very fair and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.l

I rate my first experience with Hayden & Sons Plumbing as excellent. I attempted the night before to install a new bathroom faucet and ran into some issues with the older hardware in my house. They were quick to come to my home the next day and made what I had tried to do look easy. I mentioned a couple of additional smaller plumbing issues I had and they addressed those too. I will definitely call on Hayden & Sons Plumbing again.

Called and scheduled service the next day. Hayden called before arriving and was on time. They gave several options of repairing hot water heater, but I decided to opt for a new one since my unit had some age on. They purchased a State brand heater which has excellent rating for durability. Very pleased with the service, they were courteous, professional, and provided a turn key service. (Moving & returning objects in their way, purchased & delivered heater, installed and insured operation of new heater, removed / disposed old heater, and even sweep the floor when they were finished). Would highly recommend and will use again!

They did a great job. It was a slightly difficult fix because the hardware was 40 years old. But they knew exactly where to go for the replacement part and fixed it in no time.I will definitely use their services in the future.

The two elements went out in our water heater. He tried several things saying that he wanted to save us money. Once he determined the problem, he did what was necessary to remedy the problem (also telling me what to do to maintain and further increase the life of the new elements on an annual basis). He was prompt, courteous, cost efficient, cleaned up after himself and stayed to insure we had hot water. Great experience and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family! We also plan to use him again for a bathroom project in the future!
