Description of Work: New wax ring and tank stopper for toilet. Removed old putty from tub drain and replaced with new putty. Replaced inter tub spout parts to stop leaking. Good job and he came on a Saturday.

Description of Work: After Matt Hayden was a no-show, I called to find out when he was planning to come. He blew up in anger and insulted me. He told me he had never agreed to do the job. (Lie) I could not take his nastiness, so I got someone else after wasting more than a week waiting for him. It was very upsetting.

Description of Work: Hayden & Sons was contacted after discovering a leak under my kitchen sink. An appointment was made and they responded punctually. A considerable amount of time was spent in trying to identify the leak but nothing was discovered during their visit and there has been no leak thus far. I was not charged in as much as no repairs were made. They did not charge a service fee for the visit. They were thorough and professional. I have plans to use them for a bathroom issue.

Description of Work: Remarkable service! Father and son company ~ they arrived exactly at the scheduled time. There were no hidden costs involved; when I called to make the appt., Jeff Hayden explained exactly how they charge (hourly labor charge) - there is not a "trip fee" that has become so common and which should really be included in the cost of doing business!! Our problem was solved in an hour and a half (which included the time it took to travel to the local plumbing supply company to buy a replacement cartridge) ~ the previous plumber who came out was unable to fix the problem. We definitely recommend Hayden and Son, and we will use them again in the future if we need any plumbing services. N.R.F. 1/28/13
