Description of Work: Installed a refrigerator carefully and efficiently.

Description of Work: Provided new range hood and beverage cooler. They were extremely helpful in finding the right products for us and worked with our contractor to get the products to my home on time so they could be installed when needed.

Description of Work: Dan, ( the technician ) replaced the washing machine pump and bearings in the dryer. |He is very professional and a excellent representative of their company. It was also a pleasure to do business with their service department, ( Whitney ).

Description of Work: We visited the Haywood Appliance Asheville showroom in December, 2013 to purchase a washing machine. Because we are also planning a kitchen remodel we spent quite a bit of time looking at all the major kitchen appliances. The sales staff were very knowledgable and helpful and gave us a lot of time even though they knew we weren't going to buy anything else in the near future. We were very impressed by their selection of top quality appliances and the attention we received. | |In January, 2015 one of the hoses on the washer failed. The repair fell under the free extended warranty they offered when we bought the washer. There was a minor mix-up with the warranty company which delayed our repair by a couple of days, but otherwise we were very pleased with the service. They did a temporary repair and promised to return in a week and replace all of the hoses on the washer at no charge.

Description of Work: My most wonderful drying cabinet had a problem with the communication board, which was diagnosed quickly and explained to me in great detail what the problem was and how we might want to fix it. As I cannot possibly live without the dryer, I determined to order a new board. I also had a problem with my refrigerator which they checked out at the same time. That diagnosis was also correct and was repaired in a very professional manner. The approximate cost of service is from memory, so might be a little off one way or the other, as it was a year ago.

Description of Work: Purchased wall mounted over/under microwave/electric oven. Have not had long enough to properly rate the performance of the equipment, but sales and installation personnell were very courteous and helpful.
