Action Well & Pump

The quality of work appears good. Price of work was extremely expensive. Company was responsive and showed up as promised. Explanations to repair needs was reasonable.

Having no water, Mitch came immediately. He diagnosed the problem and in detail offered his recommendations along with the cost. After MANY others who have attempted to remedy the quality of my water, they were the first and only ones who did an outstanding job. For the first time in decades, I have clear, running water! I had a question after the installation and called Mitch who provided me with what needed to be done. OUTSTANDING company and I would highly recommend them.

Extremely prompt service. Very happy with the results. I have better water pressure than we ever had before. I highly recommend them to anyone. I'm disappointed in the fact that after all was said and done, nothing was re-insulated. For the cost of the project, it should've been insulated.

A great couple of guys to work with. Professional, neat, in sync, thorough, knowledgeable and very courteous. Mitch explained to us all about our well/pump system and answered all of our questions about our well system. He explained everything, even the technical aspects, in laymen's terms and we are very happy with the workmanship and the warranty of the service we received. Matt and Mitch arrive on time at about 3:45pm just a thunderstorm began. I was concerned that they would cancel since it was late in the day and we did not hiw long storm would last. I went outside to hear the devastating news that they would have to return tomorrow but to my surprise Mitch said they they would wait for the storm to pass. At one point I saw Matt exit the truck with a tarp and he headed to well to begin his assessment of the issue. He returned to the truck due to the lightning. Once the storm passed they went to work and repaired the well. I am so grateful.

Mitch was out on my farm within an hour of my call, in the snow, on roads that don't get salted or plowed! He was able to replace my broken well pump very quickly. I am very happy with the service.

Heather and Mitch were very professional. They responded quickly to my initial voice message. Mitch was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with the process that was entailed for my project. He called to update me when the project was underway as promised, since I was not able to be on site at the time scheduled. He also called after the project was completed to give me the complete overview of how things went. Heather was polite and attentive to the process of managing the documents and getting them to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely a great couple of guys to work with. Mitch and Dustin were professional, neat, in sync, thorough, knowledgeable and very courteous. My well/pump had a couple of previous "repairs" to it that caused an already tedious job to be even uglier. However, Mitch explained everything, even the technical aspects, in laymen's terms and I was very comfortable with the replacement, the workmanship and the warranty of the service I received. The costs were higher than originally estimated, but the work was more extensive than originally thought. Mitch did not charge overtime even though he would have been well within his rights to do so. BRAVO!
