I called and asked if they could send someone out she asked me what the problem was and I told her then she told me to check a few things and we fixed it over the phone

I was very pleased with the service I received from A&B appliance. Anita was very friendly when making the appointment and even gave me pointers of things to try to fix the problem before they came out. Phil was also very friendly, professional, punctual and knowledgeable. I was very impressed and will definitely use A&B Appliance again

It was purchased about 4 years ago. He came in and turned it on. He knew what the issue was and said it would be expensive to repair. He saved me about $300 by having me contact MayTag directly. I had MayTag the parts shipped, which were free, to him directly. His had to take out the entire drum of the machine. His labor cost me less than $200.00.

The needed part for my 20+ year-old stove was no longer available, so the repairman could only open the door and then take off the locking lever so that no one would try to lock it again. I was pleased with the courteous woman who answered the phone and handled scheduling, as well as the repairman who came to my house. I did have to wait a few days for the repair, but I did not identify the problem as an emergency when I called and so that was not a problem. I did not compare prices with any other company; I chose this company based on a recommendation from a relative.

Over the course of several days, I noticed that my refrigerator was getting less and less cold. Of course, I prayed that I was only imagining this, as a big repair bill was the last thing that I needed. After three days, I could no longer kid myself, and knew that I had to get someone out here. I went to Angie's List and called a number of well rated repair people, but they were all totally booked. I called A&B, and they were booked up as well. However, the woman on the phone was so kind. She said that she would contact one of their people and see if he could fit me in. She soon called me back with news that he would be here between 3:00 and 4:00. He arrived as scheduled and went right to work. The problem was that the thermostat had died. He brought in a replacement from the truck and installed it right then. I felt that the bill of $125 was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much, A&B Appliance. You really helped me out when I already had about as much stress as I could handle.
