About us

Simplicity Doors (formerly Rowan Custom Doors) was founded in 1998 by David Kauffman and acquired in 2010 by Roman Troyer. We now have two installation/service trucks on the road with three employees. For all residential work, $0 down and payment in full on completion of project. Commercial projects have terms negotiated on a project-by-project basis.

Services we offer

We sell and install new products from four different garage door manufacturers as well as six or more garage door opener manufacturers, so we are well equipped to find a product that fits your needs and tastes. We also service all makes and models of garage doors and openers. In commercial products, we sell, install, and service rolling steel doors, fire doors, counter shutters, mini warehouse doors, airplane hangar doors, gate operators, driveway loops, and access systems.
