Description of Work: They went through a complete list of a variety of handyman items I gave them. They successfully fixed our back door frame, repaired the chimney flashing, and were successfully able to remove a stubborn ceiling fan. I had several plumbing issues on there, which Mr. Dean was not comfortable tackling, but he did give me a referral to a plumber that he uses. Their communication and professionalism was exceptional!

Description of Work: Mr. Sunderland and his crew arrived on time. They inquired about what was to be done and went right to work. Efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. They cleaned up everything after the job was finished and VERY pleased with the results. They do super work and the quality is excellent.

Description of Work: This was a "bargain" deal...$99 for two hours work. I didn't have nearly that much work I needed done. I had an old ceiling light fixture I needed to have replaced. He was on time, courteous, efficient and his conduct was very professional. His work was first rate. |Our only concern was one of the two helpers he brought along. His appearance was....unkept, and I found him suspicious. I was not comfortable with him seeing the contents of my home.

+ 2 moreGreat work. Great people. Every single guy that worked inside or on the outside of our house was friendly and very professional. They were neat & cleaned up everything when painting inside. Did a great job. They were punctual, and answered my voicemails quickly. When they pressure washed, they carefully removed plants & furniture from my patio & deck, then put it all back in place. I took a photo of their business card to keep on my phone. I've shared it with anyone who's looking for these services. If they provide a service we need, they'll be my first phone call.

He has done a number of jobs for me from pulling up carpet and laying hardwood, installing my tile back splash in the kitchen, to hanging a bathroom cabinet. He does an outstanding job and I highly recommend his services.

He and his crew think about what they do ahead of time too to make it just right the way I (an detailed building engineer) would have done it myself if I had the time. He showed up about when he said he would. The first day during kitchen tare out he had 4 guys working with him and typically the other days it was Dean himself or Dean and one other crew member. Dean and his crew were all personable and easy to talk with. We had a few corrections to make and Dean returned to make the corrections with no hassle. All the work looked great! He was also very flexible doing a few things we had not planned on and he did the work at fair prices. For the initial work we asked him to do he provided a price quote as well as insurance information. Really love his work, I give him a very strong recommendation.
Description of Work: Dean and his crew removed our kitchen cabinets, installed new recessed ceiling cans lights, installed new pendant light fixtures, added electrical switches, added electrical outlets and repaired wood rot to windows on our home. He also removed a tile backsplash and installed new drywall. They also reinstalled all appliances including reconnection of a over the range microwave and attached it to existing ductwork.
