They completed the work well and quickly.

He did a great job. He and his crew worked smart and quickly. They cleaned up nicely after their work was completed. His pricing was one of the least expensive of those I talked with and got estimates. He was booked up for several weeks, but an appointment was made and he was punctual. I will definitely use him again.

I thought he was a little bit pricey. He had two guys with him and they went over to Lowe's and bought the sheet rock. It took them about 1/2 hour. It was fabulous. My only concern was I paid $99.00 and I was told I would have to put some money to it, and he charged me $230. I thought he was just going to come out and assess what he was going to do, but he came out and was ready to do the work. It was very fast. They left the area clean. They picked up behind themselves. The workers were very accommodating and friendly.

Mr. Sunderland came and gave me a quote, told me when he could be here, arrived on time, and left with everything good as new.

Install went well. Owner (Dean) was on site for the entire time. Only took them half of the day (about 3.5 hours) to install all 4 outlets. The original plan Dean had could not be completed because of the design of the house, but he was able to find another electrical circuit to tap in to and made the installation possible.

Dean (the owner) was on site for the entire day watching he crew perform the installation. The crew showed up on time and was very courteous. They replaced all the HardiePlank that needed to be replaced and it looks great. The paint I had to match the outside color turned out to be bad. Dean took the time to go get a gallon of paint using the color codes at no extra charge. Overall I'm very satisfied with the workmanship and will hire Dean in the future.

Dean and crew did a very good job.

I made an appointment for 10:00 a.m. and the team of 3 professionals showed up about 20 minutes ahead of schedule which was fine with me. They tackled 3 of the jobs at the same time which was very efficient. The screens probably took the most time as they had to take out all the framing. They went beyond the call of duty fixing my front door railing. They actually dug down about 2 feet and planted a 4x4" in cement so that it kept the railing from separating from the brick steps. I never would have come up with that solution, but it worked perfectly and looks great. They even painted the 4x4's to match my railing. They finished all the work and cleaned up like they were never there in just under 3 hours. I am very impressed with the quality of work. If I ever need any other odd jobs done, they will be the first ones I call.

From the estimate until completion, Mr. Sunderland arrived on time, worked extremely efficiently and cleaned up behind himself! Drywall work is dusty, but this was done quite well with less dust than expected. Painting on repairs was done very nicely as well. The front door repairs are fantastic--the door looks brand new! We will definitely call Mr. Sunderland first for any future repairs we require. Although he is local, we found him on Angie's List. Thanks!

Dean came by and installed an attic ladder. Originally the 1st one I bought to have installed was too small so dean recommend to go exchange it and he would wait until I returned to install it instead of rescheduling....great news ! Then set up to have two car garage sprayed white after the holidays. Again Dean was prompt and completed the job timely and professionally. I can definitley recommend him and will use Sunderland Home Improvement for future needs.

This is a family ie. a husband and wife operation. He provides the requested repairs and she handles the office. You will not find friendlier or more professional service anywhere, and the prices are beyond reasonable. Should I need other repairs, they will get the next call.

Dean and his crew arrived on time. They were professional and thorough. When I didn't have the brace needed to complete the job, Dean left to buy it. They did a great job on both and I would highly recommend his team to anyone. I'll be calling him to install three more soon. First class service from a super nice guy.

Dean stopped by & tightened the screws as requested while we were away. However, we found one of them needed to be straightened & wanted all the screws to match. After explaining this to Dean, he got matching screws for us & completed the job to our satisfaction.

Provider was excellent. He was prompt and completed the job to our satisfaction. We will definitely call upon this provider again. The work that was agreed upon was done in a timely manner. Dean and his crew were professional and courteous. I thought the price was a little high but within reason. Dean was quick to address any issues or concerns (which were few) I had with the work that was done. To respond to the Providers response I can only say, my "B" rating should not be seen as a negative review on the workmanship or quality of work done by Sunderland Improv. Like I said, I would use this company again, but is more a reflection of my own standards or expectations. While there were things that Sunderland did that I thought was above board there were also some things I thought could have been better.

I am very satisfied with the work done and the manner in which Mr. Sunderland and his crew completed the work. They arrived on time, worked well together to complete the "to do" list, took pride in what they did and work areas were cleaned up when they left. I was glad they were able to repair the doors and I did not have to purchase new ones. When I contacted Mr. Sunderland about a leak in the toilet where the fill valve was replaced, he responded promptly to take care of it. I would definitely use his services when needed in the future.

Excellent service and well worth the price! I will call Sunderland again.
