+ -1 moreDonald came over after I insisted my freezer was broken and the door wasn’t sealing. I even bought the replacement part to have him install it so that I didn’t mess it up. Long story short, he diagnosed my problem as a bag of pizza rolls that had gotten stuck behind the drawer caused the door not to shut fully. Moronic, right? Donald did NOT make me feel stupid and was extremely professional. Ladies- You know how sometimes men come to our homes to do work and make us feel disrespected and/or uncomfortable? Not Donald! I felt completely safe and respected while he was in my home. He also wore a mask without being asked and I treated appreciated his professionalism. Thanks Donald!!
