He gave me a possible diagnosis over the phone, which I so appreciated. He was able to come out soon and made the diagnosis and then the repair in the same day. It was great and a reasonable price, and what I really appreciated was his thorough knowledge and how he explained to me how the dishwasher is supposed to work and how the new part will fix that. I like to know how things are working. I will be keeping his number for any other appliance repairs I may need.

My situation was not an emergency, but owner Donald Ellison, Jr. fit me in at the end of his day. He communicated his arrival time and was on time. He wore a mask, was courteous, professional, completed the task in a timely manner, and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. He also advised that there was another part that sometimes needed changing in conjunction with the one he installed so I know what to expect should I need additional service. I have had ZERO problems since my repairs. I like that he got the part cheaper than my first estimate, and the price of the estimate is included in the total repair cost. I would hire him again and I highly recommend him!!

GQ did a great job for us! Donald was prompt in responding to our call and quick to figure out the problem once he arrived. He picked up the part our dishwasher needed in the morning and had it installed the same day. We will definitely call GQ the next time we need an appliance fixed.

Washer works great now. He replaced the water inlet valves.

It went great wondering service done he did what he came to do went straight to work and was really friendly didn't have no problems explain so well of how it was done and if I need any more help I will definitely call back for another job

He was knowledgeable about all household appliances, his prices were very reasonable, he exhibited COVID-19 precautions by using mask, gloves and shoe covers and he worked quickly to resolve both of our issues. We will absolutely be using him again.
