Donald came out to inspect my dishwasher the same day I called. He gave me great advice, picked up, delivered and installed the new dishwasher all for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Donald was amazing. Great communication. He came, worked on our ice maker which we both thought might be the problem. He replaced parts and let us know that if the problem persisted, let him know and that he would make sure it was fixed without any additional labor charges. Had to call him back and he came back out to the house, was able to troubleshoot what was going on. Did another fix and we haven’t had any trouble since. True to his word, no additional cost for the call back. Very professional and polite. Would definitely use again and refer to anybody who needs appliance repair done.

Very efficient, professional and reasonably priced. I called and he can out the same day to fix two very different issues. He educated me on best practices and provided a 90 day warranty for his service. Highly recommend his services.

Donald Ellison with GQ Appliance Repair provides top notch services! It seems every time someone comes into my house to fix something, something else gets torn up (floors, walls, etc.). Not this time! Donald was very respectful of my personal property while moving around heavy appliances, he completed the work quickly, and even pointed out and replaced damaged parts I would not have known about. And his prices are relatively low! Best experience I’ve had in years!

Very professional and quick response time

Our washing machine stopped draining water last night, and I happened to find Donald's info for appliance repair. He came the next day, he was prompt, and super knowledgeable. He fixed our machine in under an hour, told me about the warranty, and what to look for if something went wrong. He was super considerate about working around my kids (like checking to make sure no one was napping before turning on the shop vac), he wore a mask, and he left the space tidy. Basically, he did an excellent job and I'm planning to call him whenever our next appliance needs to be fixed.

Woke up to find my 7-year old GE refrigerator not cooling. Called Donald who answered right away and was able to come out the same day. He identified the problem, drove to a supply store nearby, got the part, and fixed it. From arrival to job completion, it took about 1.5 hours. Couldn't be happier with his responsiveness and service.

He was punctual,polite and honest about the refrigerator issue. He said he could repair the compressor but due to the cost he would recommend buying another refrigerator instead. I really appreciated his honesty and would definitely call him again for appliance problems.

FANTASTIC!! Donald was knowledgeable when he first came to diagnose my dishwasher problem. He offered to install and take away my old dishwasher if we got a new one - which we did. Donald’s prices are cheaper than just the install estimate from Lowe’s Home Improvement, and he did more work than they quoted me for! Very friendly and courteous during the entire interaction. 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10 - however you wanna score it.
