"Kong Concrete at first tries to win your trust. William, the owner overcharged me. Noting that he needed more money has he is not turned a profit. Later his true colors erupted at my home. I came home to find William shouting and using language that is NOT acceptable. Yes, the"F" word. He and Glenn, another concrete man, where exchanging foul language. William even took the liberty of calling the sheriff's department and turned my property into a chaotic circus. He charged me close to 70k for the job which was stamped and he got cheap when I was out of town and only textured the concrete. I am due a refund. I ask for receipts and he never delivered them. When I sent him a text he had one of his buddies to tell me he was at CMC in Charlotte. That was not true as I called and there was no William Stallings in the hospital. I will be turning him in to the North Carolina Licensing Board as he took more than 40k. I am so disappointed as the concrete has already cracked. I sent a picture to him avail! Beware of this dishonest company."

"Work done involved removing an old asphalt driveway that was cracked and bulging upwards from large tree roots, removing these tree roots, and installing a new concrete replacement driveway. Owner and contractor, Ezequiel Tejeda, provided a written contract and a very reasonable charge for these services. Despite several unforseen and some personal setbacks (truck breakdown, a LOT MORE TREE ROOTS than expected, flat tire, concrete supplier arriving 3 hrs. late), Mr. Tejeda kept the work moving forward to ensure that the buyer would have a driveway completely installed by the verbally agreed upon completion timeline. Mr. Tejeda, his righthand man, Rene, were true professional craftsmen who obviously took pride in providing the client with a top quality finished product that met or exceeded expectations. Mr. Tejeda explained each step of the process as work progressed, the products being used, and why those products had been chosen. The client's approval was sought before proceeding. All workers put in extended hours each day to get the job done in a timely manner, worked hard, and kept the work area and surrounding yard and neighborhood clean and free of trash.
