Everything about this process was easy. No high pressure salesman coming to your home. Brian was always there to answer any questions. Kurt installed our windows and was outstanding. They cleaned up behind themselves and were very polite and punctual. Would highly recommend!

It went very well. They were meticulous about taking down any inside wall hangings that might be affected by the outside work. They finished all the windows in one day and the work was impeccable. The windows are high-quality and we're very satisfied.

Brian from Zen is pretty much exactly what you want in a contractor. We had talked to Mr. Rogers, Champion, etc and they were all outrageously expensive and super corporate. Zen is what we wanted. No mess, no fuss, quality work, responsiveness at a reasonable price. I've had my windows from almost a year now and plan to do the rest of the house when I can afford it.

This was by far the easiest home renovation (hired) experience I have ever had. Communication was excellent, super responsive. One phone call had an estimate and arranged for someone to come take measurements. No high pressure, well we can’t quote you until a sales person shows up....right....No Thanks!! The way Zen operates puts all other window companies on notice. Brian and team are great would highly recommend.

It was great. Process could not have been easier. Brian emailed me quotes for the different options, I chose one and they came out and measured. They ordered the windows and called me when they were in and we set up a time for installation. They installed them quickly, showed me what I needed to know about them and that was it. A friend at work recommended them and I would highly recommend them as well.

In need of a window makeover to keep noise out and air and heat in, I was fortunate to find Brian Zimmerman of Zen Windows. Brian answered my questions over the phone, then sent me an emailed price quote and later brought out a sample window for comparison purposes. We chatted for about 30 minutes, and refreshingly, that wats all there was to the presentation. The windows are of great quality and reputation, and can sell themselves, but Brian and his team were the X factor that made the decision to give them my business. In 5 weeks, the windows had arrived and lead installer Warren and team came out to replace 21 windows, as well as the composite header crown on 4 windows. They seamlessly worked around another of my exterior projects at the same time with no issues. The job was performed quickly and efficiently in a day and a half to my complete satisfaction. I am now looking forward to a winter where the heat actually stays in the house!

From beginning to end the entire Zen Window team were a pleasure to do business with. Owner, Brian Zimmerman, was very knowledgeable and was responsive to our every question. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Their pricing was reasonable. The entire team was responsive, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They called and came when they said they would, all work was well done and clen up was never an issue.

I like the sales better than others. Their sales presentation was so easy, it was like 10 minutes. Everybody else would take 2 or 3 hours. Some days there were 3 people and some days there were 4. It was half a day on Wednesday because of rain, then all day Thursday and then half a day Friday.

Working with Zen was actually a very pleasant experience. Not only do they provide excellent product value but their professionalism, responsiveness, craftsmanship and attention to detail was all top notch. Plus, no payments required until customer is totally satisfied. Zen is the type of company you WANT to work with. I would highly recommend Zen Windows. From my initial contact with Brian and throughout the project everything went very smoothly. I had requested quotes from three companies - the first quote came in very high, the 2nd quote I never received because after 90 minutes of being held hostage in my home I told the sales person I had somewhere to be so he left without measuring or quoting the project at all but planned to return another day to finish his pitch. In disbelief and frustration I contacted Zen Windows. Brian provided me with a prompt and reasonable quote, talked through the project with me, provided me with the information I needed and at no point pressured me to make a decision. His project manager, Scott, came by to finalize measurements and order the windows which came in within 3 weeks and the team was there to install the windows within a few days. They were professional, friendly and efficient - wrapping up the project by that afternoon. A week later a personal thank you card arrived from Brian. Great team, great company. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you!

I had many questions,and Brian patiently answered them all. Zen windows have a great team.I had a small smudge on the vinyl of one window,and a replacement piece was ordered,and awaiting its arrival.

Very well from initial quote to installation. I loved the fact that, unlike competitors, Zen provides information and binding quotes based on your measurements via e-mail and telephone conversations rather than subject customers to a 3+ hour in-house high pressure sales pitch. The project manager came to my house to measure and count windows after the proposal acceptance. Zen was responsible for accuracy of measurements. There were a couple of issues. I missed counting my garage window which the PM caught before ordering. There was an error on one of the dimensions which required some windows to be reordered. That issue was solved promptly and to my satisfaction. The installers were knowledgeable and professional. The windows are wonderful. They work easily and smoothly unlike my old wood windows. I chose triple pane for extra energy efficiency in the hot summer and also for sound deadening properties. I look forward to seeing my next power bill.

There was a problem with one of the windows. I called that Friday and the repair was made on Monday. They company was good about calling you back the same day. They did repair the window the following business day, which was a Monday.
