I had a great experience with Zen Windows! Mike called me to discuss the issues I had (I live on a very busy, noisy street) and recommended a specialized product he thought would work well and we went with that. Even though this was a relatively small job (five windows), they treated me like a customer who was replacing every window in the house. They were very friendly, professional and responsive, keeping me informed by email every step of the way. When I asked him if I should also replace the two upper floor windows to keep the finished look consistent, he looked at the pictures I sent, was very honest with me and said no. How many sales/tradespeople do you know that are that honest? The Product installed has noticeably diminished the street noise in my house. And I didn’t have to pay a penny until the windows were installed and I was happy. I would definitely highly recommend and use Zen Windows again!

Fantastic experience with Zen Windows from start to finish. The estimate could be done without a visit to the house. There was no big sales pitch or pressure to move forward. Just a "we're here when you need us" attitude, which was a welcome change compared to other window companies. We asked multiple questions and made several changes throughout the planning process. Each time, we received a timely and helpful response. The installation team was great and the entire installation (30 windows) only took a single day. Highly recommend!

great windows, onsite service, 31 windows installed and capped in 1 day with minor touch up work the second day. HVAC Runs half as much. Great communication between sales and installers. Very professional with the wood repairs they encountered. Will recommend over Champion, Window World/Nation, or anderson any day of the week and half the cost of the cheaper guys with better quality.

Zen is one of, if not the most, easy companies to deal with. No high pressure and no BS. They worked with me when I had to delay the window installation.

From the quote to the installation, everything was terrific.

Overall, an excellent experience. I was given an accurate quote up front without any difficulty. The install team showed up on time and worked very hard in 90 degree temperatures for four days. It was a fairly big job, 25 windows, several of which were oversized and one huge bay window. In addition, the windows they took out were 70 years old and very difficult to extract. But it all went smoothly and efficiently. The only problem was the lead time. I placed my order in February and the windows didn’t arrive from ProVia until July. I can’t fault Zen for that! And, the windows are excellent, they make the house much quieter and, we’re hoping, more energy efficient. Time will tell on that, once we start getting electric bills from the period the windows were in. All in all, I highly recommend Zen Windows and their vendor, ProVia.

The Zen experience was very refreshing for me. I hate playing the game of a salesman taking hours of my time and then giving me a high price that he or she finally brings down to something I can live with. With Zen, I contacted them and was asked a few questions about what I wanted. I took some pictures of the house with measurements of the windows as close as I could get. They went to work on an estimate and I had a price within a few days with detail. The installation manager came to the house and took exact measurements. I signed a contract and the windows were built. Once the windows were built, an installation team came and in one day I had all 31 windows installed to my satisfaction. I recommend Zen if you want a good quality window at a descent price professionally installed.

They were professional, friendly, and prompt. We had an issue with two of the windows having a black substance between the double panes after installation. They came and fixed right away.

I did extensive research on window installers in our area and selected Zen windows based upon their reviews and recommendations. They do what they claim on their web site and are very thorough and professional to work with. No pressure and no hassle from beginning to end. The windows they offer are top of line and we are very pleased with their quality. I am a retired engineer and I am impressed by the Provia window technical specifications. The high quality installation was quickly done and on schedule

The process from beginning to end was easy and painless. Questions asked were answered. Follow-up was prompt. LOVED the "pay when work completed" feature.

Zen windows replaced every window in y house and the back deck sliding door with ProVia windows. Zen rates 6 out of 5 stars. I trust can fully recommend Zen to anyone. See below. • The Zen staff is very proactive and customer oriented. They are friendly and easy to deal with. • Thad, the lead installer, and his crew were diligent in the installation of the windows. They worked steadily and checked to be sure all installation was done right. • ProVia is an excellent window and a great value. • The warranty is the best I have found.

The whole process went very smoothly. Installation was fast and well done, the windows look great. There was no high pressure sale pitch requiring you to sign up in the next 30 minute to get the "low price deal". The windows where reasonably price and are of a high quality. I plan to use Zen Windows again for the remaining windows.

I did my research on a number of window companies, had 3-4 quotes all at our home, they all gave me the hard sell " I can do this discounted offer today only" line and to be honest I began to get really frustrated with them. i then came across Zen windows, 4.9 stars and some great reviews. I requested a quote expecting to make an appointment and someone come out to me ? But after an email from TY with a bunch of in-depth questions about what I wanted, I received my quote with a lot of window information and a recommendation of a brand of window I had done my research on, I had to ask when someone would come out to see me,Ty told me the companies does not do that or the hard sell, to be honest they even tried to save me money straight away. The price they gave me was at least half of the quotes I had been given from the other companies, and at least $25k less than one of them. I placed my order and was kept in the loop of everything that would happen by Sandy. The day arrived for my fitment and it could not of gone any smoother the team that did the installation were, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and clean and tidy!, the job was completed in two days ( 16 windows ). I would not hesitate to recommend Zen Windows to anyone 5 stars!

After sitting through several Windows Replacement sales presentations, where my knowledge was limited, I began a lengthy online research process to gain a better understanding on my own. That search turned up the discovery of Zen Windows who had a stellar reputation at BBB, Chamber of Commerce and Angi.com, etc. No complaints at any of these websites period. Every windows forum made it clear that the first order of business was to find your installer first, then select your windows there. At the same time however, I was researching Window companies and saw the attitudes of certain manufacturers who were taken to court, but weren’t willing to help out consumers who had purchased a house full of windows with issues. So I subsequently avoided those window makers. I read and read looking for the best windows and found great windows recommended by installers all over the country. If you do your homework you’ll likely find the same top ten companies as me. In that list were the likes of Onkna, Sunrise, Soft-Lite and more. Zen Windows of the Carolinas sold and installed the Soft-Lite brand. I was able to get a top 10 window for an excellent price. Then Zen turned out to be incredible to work with as I had other projects going on and it turned out to not be a problem to work around those at all. I was worried because I paid no money down [nobody else does that] so I was concerned Zen may be anxious to get their money because my windows came in less than 5 weeks! But the owner Brian assured me not to sweat it, that Zen would work with me and they did. Installation day came and things went great. Every person I dealt with at Zen during the process was professional and on top of things. Everybody was terrific, but I have to give a huge shoutout to Ty because he answered a gazillion questions by email and worked with me all along the way and to Scott who kept up with my moving installation date. Truth is it was an exceptional team effort to install and make my overall experience greater than my expectations. Thank you Zen Windows for being so easy to deal with and to not have to sit through more high pressure sales pitches (almost captive in your own home)! And the thing I’m always concerned about, buying from manufacturer/installer and then being in a warranty relationship that is not pleasant the next 10 years. Well I’ve dealt with Zen Windows over ~7 months and I’m convinced customer service is their first, middle and last name. They even allowed me to charge my total to a cash back credit card so that I saved even more money! And yes I highly recommend this group for quality, affordability, selection choices, warranty, top notch customer communication & service. Zen Windows’ team is loaded with exceptional knowledge and experience. They GET their customers and understand the complete Window Replacement business. Do yourself a favor and skip those 2+ hour pressure sales presentations and do your own research. Put that computer in your hand or pocket to work. This is 2023 not 1963. Buy those windows online like you buy everything else these days. I’m totally pleased with both my choice of windows and my installation company/warranties.

They were 100% professional. From the initial phone call and quote with Ty to the measurements and install scheduling with Scott to the actual install. They were on time, professional and did a great job. I love my new windows and it was a completely hassle free process. The actual cost ended up being less than the quote. After receiving three estimates for new windows and patio doors, Zen not only came in at the lowest price (for the same product) but could complete the job three weeks sooner than the others. Everyone I worked with was really nice and not at all pushy. Installers were prompt, experienced, and completed the job on time. Work was impeccable.

What an incredible experience. Easy process and any questions were dealt with quickly and accurately. I spent probably ten hours researching windows and chose Zen Windows . Everything I hoped for and more . Process was way , any questions was a phone call or email away and answered quickly . Installation was perfect . Seven windows installed in approx two and one half hours . We will be doing the remaining eleven windows first of the year . All the company , people and windows are exceptional . Could not be happier . If your having to replace windows I assure you Zen windows will do an incredible job . I was not looking forward to the process when I began for all the obvious reasons but Zen Windows has delivered . Take a look at the warranty and it should tell you everything you need to know . Just had the most beautiful exterior French doors installed, and we love them! We ordered ages ago so have been eagerly anticipating installation! The guys installing did a great job, and surprisingly quickly. We are very pleased and would definitely hire Zen Windows again.

Working with Zen Windows was great! Getting the costs was simple - unlike some of the other companies that want to give you a three-hour presentation before they give you an outrageous price. The installation crews were excellent. There are supply chain delays but Zen kept us informed through the wait. Most importantly we love our new windows and doors. Great company with great people.

This was the easiest transaction that I have had with a replacement job. The workers were super nice. Very professional. I was kept informed right from the quote phase to when the the windows were installed and after. No hard sell, explained all the options to me.
