I purchased a Big Deal but had to asked for a refund for it because the company said they were not licensed in my area. They contacted me the same day I purchased the deal.

Our experience with Zen Windows was a wonderful one. Brian Zimmerman was our sales person. He was wonderful very informative and helpful in every way. I never felt pressured or intimidated. He gave us a great product at a reasonable price. He helped fill out forms for our Homeowners Association making approval very easy. He helped us decide on style of window. He took into consideration my mother?s age and mobility in a very caring way. He brought a sample of the window for us to try out. No one else went this far with their sales responsibility at all. He continually communicated with us through the entire process. He was very understanding when we had some health issues pop up to delay things. He touched base with us often and worked beyond the call of duty giving feed back to the Homeowners association. The installation process went smoothly as well. The Installation specialist Scott Padgett was very helpful. He measured and gave insight to the installation process. The windows were made locally in Salisbury, NC. I was thrilled with this. The windows arrived at the warehouse and were inspected. Then the installation team arrived in the morning and worked all day to install the windows. They were all local tradesmen which pleased me as well. They did a great job doing anything we asked them to do. We were a little concerned about the storm door framing. Scott came back a few days later and framed the inside of the door making it look so wonderful. The whole room looks spectacular. At the end of the process, both mom and I were sent a stained glass butterfly to hang in the room. Brian not only sent us warrantee information but registered our product. I highly recommend this company and their employees.

Had a great experience with Brian and his team! They were low-pressure but extremely helpful, and thought of things I hadn't... It was a quick and painless process and I love the new windows! Looking forward to using Zen again on our next project.

The work was done timely, efficiently, and at a fair price. Brian Zimmerman, the owner, delivered everything that was promised, and his installers were courteous and knowledgeable. My wife and I are very happy with the product and the manner in which business was conducted. Payment was only made upon satisfactory completion. I would highly recommend their product and service.

Came on time and had the job completed within the same day. I could not expect the quality of the work or their professional manner could have been at any higher level that they had demonstrated. Great job. Just wish I had found them when I first started replacing all the windows.

Zen Windows performed the work exactly as they said they would do. They listened to our needs and concerns, offered a competitive price, and communicated before, during, and after the project. They showed up on time, performed the work according to specifications; they were polite, courteous, and considerate of our needs during the 2 days they were here. There was zero damage to our property including plants and bushes around the house. Extra care was taken in all facets of the project. Our two dogs were mostly limited to one section of the house, and Zen Windows was considerate for when the dogs needed to use the back yard making sure the fence was secure. We interviewed and received quotes from three different window replacement providers, selected Zen Windows and are 100% happy with that decision. We definitely recommend Zen windows for anyone looking to replace their windows. And a big thank you to Angie's List for providing a great website with great consumer choices!!

I couldn't have been happier with Brian and his team. They have met or exceeded my expectations in every way. The process for getting an initial estimate was quick, accurate, and without pressure. They had my custom windows made to fit exactly. They kept me informed throughout the process and answered all questions promptly and accurately. They did a great job on the installation and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. They made sure I had no concerns or questions and was satisfied with the windows and the installation. What could be better?

Brian Zimmerman and his crew exceeded my expectations in every way. Brian immediately responded to my request for a window replacement, and had his estimator to my home in just a few days. The window arrived within two weeks. The installers did a perfect and professional job of replacing the window and putting on the finishing touches. I couldn't be more pleased. The window itself is beautiful and really enhances the look of the front of my home. I give these guys a well-deserved A++++++.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Brian gave me a quote without a lengthy sales pitch after sending someone out to measure the window. The new window was installed within 2 weeks ( one week earlier than estimated). The installers were professional and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent! I originally purchased a Groupon for a replacement window, thinking I needed an entire new window. Once I contacted Zen Windows to redeem my Groupon, they scheduled someone to come measure my window within just a few days. The person who measured my window advised that all I needed was new glass. I thought for sure I needed a new window...but he was right! They ordered my new glass and installed it very quickly....to my 100% satisfaction! The owner also refunded me the difference between the cost of my Groupon and the replacement glass. They were extremely helpful, professional and easy to do business with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs windows and/or replacement glass.

It was effortless. I didn't have to wait around the house all day for a pushy salesperson. It was simple and I am thrilled with the price. I will definitely be using them in the future for my window replacements. I will also recommend them to my friends.

No hassle, no pressure, great experience all around. I just got a quote, all done on line in just a few minutes, for some windows on my home that are defective. I'd heard about Zen Windows from friends in other cities who raved about them and thought it was worth checking them out here. Wow, I got absolutely no high pressure and a very reasonable quotation, he explained all the options and their pros and cons, not like some others I contacted. Previously I've had to struggle through high pressure salesmen and had a lot of my time taken up for other people who insisted on coming to my home, even though I explained I'm not ready to buy. I'm not yet ready to spend the money, but I wanted to research what's available and get some pricing to be able to decide on who and what to use when I am ready. Zen was happy to answer all my questions and quote the project, he even offered some suggestions for things I wasn't aware of. There is no question now, Zen is my choice for the right product and the right people when I'm ready to buy.
