Excellent! Zachary is prompt, professional and hardworking. Zachary helped us create a two phase process. In May, Zachary's crew cleaned out the overgrowth and applied a solution to stop weed regrowth for 3 months. We plan to hire Zachary again this fall to install new plants. I had suggested that we put down landscape fabric, but Zachary advised me not to waste my money if we want to redesign in a few months. Instead, he offered to return and reapply the weed retardant at no charge if we have regrowth. I appreciate that he wanted to help me save $. Zachary was on site himself during the job, which to me makes all the difference in the world. He checked with me several times during the day to be certain things were progressing as I wanted. He and his crew took great care with the plants we wanted left in the beds. In 1 1/2 days they did a better job than I could have done in a week. I am extremely pleased and will highly recommend him to my friends.

Mr Geraci requested I sign a one-year lawn maintenance contract for $1800.00 with a one-month deposit of $150.00. and the same sum monthly thereafter. This was in December and I paid him the deposit on the spot and for three months, through March, even though he had done none of the work he committed to in his contract. The contract specified he would perform prep work through the winter months and continue to maintain the lawn throughout the year. It is very detailed about the work to be done on a very defined schedule. He said he would come but never did through the winter, and I would have to chase him down to find out what was going on, or not going on, to be exact. After several months had cut the grass 3 or 4 times. he has done other work outside the original contract, for which he was paid by the job upon completion. I verbally terminated the contract and he offered $150.00. I wrote him a termination letter and requested $450.00 based on the original contracted work agreement.

They did a great job, the monthly contract is great because I can count on them showing up!

I have been very impressed with the professionalism of Zachary and his team. All appointments have been kept, communications have been excellent (email and voice contacts) and services delivered, to date, have been excellent. This company delivers and I will not hesitate to secure the additional landscaping services they offer as future needs arise.

I called Zachary on Thursday and he indicated he would come out in the afternoon to provide a quote on annual lawn service, irrigation, and landscaping. He didn't arrive, but called the next day to indicate he would stop by when he had time. He stopped by in the afternoon and told me the lawn would cost about $120 monthly and asked if I could canvass my neighborhood and get others to sign on and if I did he would lower the cost to $100. I told him I would give my neighbors his card but wasn't interested in drumming up business for him and would be willing to pay the $120. He told me he would send me a proposal the next week. I didn't hear from him the next week and sent him an e-mail. He responded a week after receiving my email and indicated he wasn't interested in the business since he didn't hear from my neighbors. In my initial conversation, I asked him 3 times if I was in a convenient location for him. He said absolutely that he did work in Providence Plantation.

I was impressed with Zachary's reviews and was looking forward to the same kind of service. If they were out of town, the answering machine should have indicated when they would be available again. If they were too busy for more work, someone should have called me back.

The initial visit went very well. Zachary is very professional and did good work. Since I am moving and selling the house, he made me feel comfortable that the lawn will be taken care of after I leave. I would recommend his services. Getting the initial callback took a couple of days due to his schedule but he showed up on time for the estimate and yard work.

Zach is great. We contacted several companies on Angie's List, and Zach was undoubtedly the most responsive. He gave us two quotes: one for a la carte services and one for a monthly, flat rate. His prices were more reasonable than the other quotes we received. Zach is a joy to work with: he is prompt, responsive to emails, and responsible (he immediately faxed me proof of insurance after signing the contract). His work-product is fantastic.

We have an annual contract with Zachary's Neighborhood Lawn Care & Landscape to maintain our lawn. When we wanted to do some additional work in our yard, we contacted Zachary's for the job. Our yard was complete within the estimated timeframe and it looks beautiful! I highly recommend Zachary's!

Very smoothly. Zachary responded to my phone call immediately and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. He communicated well regarding when he would begin the work and called me once the job was done. The yard looks great and the price was very reasonable. More importantly, I trust him and will definitely use him again!

Zachary came out and looked at my yard and gave me a quote. Although I did not use his services, he was very professional and courteous. I definitely would consider using him for yard work in future.

Mr. Gericas asked for our address, which was provided to him during our first conversation. He sounded upbeat and confirmed that he would be out the following day to provide an estimate. We waited all day for him to phone and/or arrive to no avail. The next business day we contacted him to inquire why he didn't show up to provide the estimate, he told us that when he looked us up on the map, we were "too far out." I told him that his company's profile stated that he served the county in which we live as well as the next county over, to which he replied that it was all about quantity of customers. I told him that when we gave him our address, including the landmarks we lived near, he could have easily noted that he was concerned at that time. Instead he chose not to show up at all nor did he call to cancel. Had we not contacted him to inquire, we would have never known. We're four days behind our project dates, thanks to poor customer service and a lack of professionalism.

My experience with the owner of the company was an exceptional one. I have hired many lawn care services over the years, and Mr. Geraci was by far the most professional and courteous of those hired. He was very cordial and flexible with my time constraints, and worked with me to make sure our dates aligned with each other. I also referred him to several neighbors who also were pleased with his services. I will definitely keep his card and hire him for our next annual lawn maintenance project.

Overall experience was very good. I look forward to continued service. The price for the 2 yards was very reasonable.

Zachary was friendly and communicative. We needed an area re-planted where a Bradford Pear tree was removed and the stump ground. I had difficulty finding someone willing to come and do the work (because I was out of their area or they only did that type of work for existing lawn care clients.) He did a nice job.

Zachary and his crew came when they said they would. They wowed me with their enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile. I would like to commend them at the highest level. I will recommend them to all of my friends and coworkers.

Zachary did a magnificent job in restoring my lawn for me. It is now late spring and the lawn looks beautiful. I am very pleased.

I called them in late December, and there was several days' wait to get the work done, but once they were able to get out to do it the yard looked great. I would definitely hire them again.
