Description of Work: I have a rental unit and the renters plugged the toilet - I called Brian and he was able to arrange his schedule to be available ASAP. He stayed within the estimate of cost of repairs; cleared the sewer drain problem and replaced necessary parts in the same service call. I was impressed with his service and professionalism.
