Description of Work: He replaced a toilet. The flange was broken and had to be cut out. When we went to shut off the water we discovered that my previous plumber had removed my inside shut-off when they replaced my main water line and he put one in for me.

Description of Work: Brian has serviced our house on multiple occasions. This last time he replaced the water main line in front of the house. Brain goes above and beyond for his clients and I highly recommend him and will continue to use him for any plumbing needs.

We have had our kitchen sink worked on over the last 17 years for leaks, drain problems, etc. After Brian finished, I am sure our sink is finally really fixed! He's a professional and his finished work proves it. I am very, very satisfied and pleased with the job he did. I highly recommend him. He is very very busy though .. as should be expected. A great plumber is always in demand.

Description of Work: This review is long overdue. Brian came out to my condo in uptown Charlotte in January after I talked with him about my water heater. Brian arrived as expected and what stood out to me was his professionalism and confidence about what he was talking about.

Description of Work: Bryan first came to my house because I thought my hot water heater wasn't working. He came and tested it and it was fine. He didn't even charge me for the visit. I then determined that while I was in the shower was when the hot water didn't seem to be working. I called Bryan and he thought it might be the hot/cold water mixer in the shower that had gone bad. He came and determined that was the problem and then went out to Lowe's to get the parts. He is very friendly and professional. I would definately call him again.

Description of Work: Brian installed 3 new faucets and a water filtration system for me. As usual, he called me prior to showing up promptly. He had some tight places to fit into to install the faucets, but he spent the time to ensure that everything was done right and there were no problems with the new faucets when he left. When he installed the water filtration system, he had to use parts from his stores to modify the installation. I enjoy having Brian do a job because he is friendly, knowledgable, and I know the end result will be perfect. He is respectful of us and our home, cleaning all work areas and removing trash from the sight.

Description of Work: FIXED TWO PIPES UNDER KITCHEN SINK. ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA PRIOR TO LEAVING. HE DID A GREAT JOB.

Description of Work: Our water bill had spiked in recent months, and the water company determined it was not a meter problem, so we had Brian come to pin point the issues. He fixed all of our outside hose faucets, as well as fixing one of our inside toilets that was running all the time. He also replaced parts on our other older toilets and updated an old water pipe valve (that would be the whole house shut off valve) under the house. He was polite, informative, and extremely nice. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

Description of Work: Water was dripping from the ceiling in my family room. I called Brian and he was at the house that same day at the time promised. He cut an opening in the ceiling and found the source of the leak immediately. The leak was coming from the tub in my master bedroom. He had to fix the loose tub drain and reseal the drain. He also replaced the springs and washers on the dripping faucet while he was here. Brian was very professional and kept all areas spotless and cleaned all debris when the job was complete. I will definitely recommend Brian to anyone who needs a plumber and will only contact him in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

Description of Work: We were recently annexed and wanted city water. We needed a plumber to connect our house to the tap the city provided. Brian Long was absolutely impressive. He came immediately to give us an estimate. We had to wait over a month for the city to complete their part before he could do his. He was very understanidng and patient about this and scheduled us immediately when we called him to have the work done. He was knowledgeable, conscientious, courteous, responsve, and hard working. He presented as being very honest and trustworthy. We were very impressed by him and will absolutely use him again whenever we need a plumber.
