Description of Work: It was midday on a Saturday and all water suddenly went off in my house. I went outside and discovered water bubbling up from the middle of my yard in between my meter and the house. I shut off the water at the meter. I called AT LEAST 10 plumbers that day. Left voicemail for more than half of them (ONLY one of them called me back....and he said he could not help). Talked to a few (who told me straight up they were finished for the day and would not help). Spoke with Brian and he was very courteous and explained that he had finished for the day and was in his personal vehicle. I explained my problem, where I lived, and that I was in a jam with guests at the house. He was MORE THAN KIND ENOUGH to come by. He surveyed the problem (I had started digging and located the break in the pipe). He then went to Lowes, got the materials needed to fix the problem, and fixed it in very little time. He truly saved my bacon that day!
