On time and very friendly. Never rushed and took time to explain problems he found. Worked quickly and neatly. The job ended up taking most of the day. Stuck to the quoted price and throughly went over ALL completed work. Would absoutely use him again. His business card hangs on my fridge!

Brian got the logs at the supplier at a lower price than in stores, brought them up and installed them quickly. He was on time, and he cleaned up after the installation. Then he reviewed the operation with me and offered to be available for any questions later. It was as easy as could be for me, and I am very pleased with the quality of work and his helpful attitude.

We originally called brian about a cloged toilet and slow drain. He looked at each proble, which smmed to have fixed itself before he got there. He did not charge for the visit, and we booked him to replace toilets for us. he arrievd on time, did an excellent and very clean job, and we now have a plumber that we can always call on

Brian did the job well and quickly. Re-plumb jobs can really vary depending on how the plumbing was installed to begin with. He had to go to Home Depot to get a few additional PVC pieces and didn't charge me for the time he was out.

I called Brian to get an estimate. He described what he thought he needed to do to fix the problem and approximately how much time it would take. He came to my house, did the work quickly and neatly (cleaning up after himself) and then left. I would certainly use him again.

Brian arrived half an hour after my call. Besides tools, he brought gloves, pail, and towels for the work. Clearing the drains was somewhat difficult due to the condo design, but he got the task finished and tested it. Before leaving, he cleaned up. Everything about the experience was pleasant-he was prompt and skillful, and explained what he was doing. I am very well pleased.

Brian was great. When I spoke to him on the phone, he was very nice and professional. I asked to get on his schedule for the next day. He said he had 2 big jobs the next day and was sure they would take his whole day, but asked if he could come over this afternoon. I was thrilled that he would come on such short notice on a holiday, and he didn't charge me extra for that. He came and went right to work. As my husband and I talked to him, he seemed very knowledgeable and nice as well. As he worked, he offered us tips on keeping the drains clean and on taking care of the disposal too. He worked quickly and efficiently. When done, he looked at the tub drain upstairs with my husband and gave us advice there too, (about keeping hair from building up in the drain). I was looking for a smaller company that I could call again in the future and depend on them for any other plumbing needs. I like working directly with the plumber and not an employee that has to work so fast to stay on his company's schedule that his quality is poor. My husband and I were very pleased and would call Brian again without hesitation.

From my initial phone call to the time Brian left was less than three hours! Brian showed up when he said he would. He was very polite and professional. Fortunately, the clog was easily fixed, so Brian took a little extra time to show me how to fix my disposer in the case of a minor problem and how to adjust the stopper on my vanity sinks. I would call him again without hesitation!

Mr Long was prmpt in responding to the call. He was friendly and professional. The work he did was minimal, but very efficient. We will be using his services from now on.

Brian was able to come to my house the afternoon of the day I called. He was waiting for me when I got there. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. After assessing the problem and determining that the shutoff valve under the toilet needed to be replaced, he got the parts from his van and completed the work immediately.

He did a very thorough job and took care of the issues. While he was there, I mentioned the toilet and he installed the new one. Overall, the job was superb. He tried his heart out to de-Lego the toilet.

This is the second time I've called Brian out to our house. This morning we noticed a mysterious wet spot on our bathroom carpet. I worked from home today and noticed a couple of hours later that it had gotten bigger. Pulling up our carpet, I saw water all underneath. I immediately called Brian. Brian was already scheduled to work on a job he had to complete before he came to our house - the only downside of the fact that he's the sole proprietor, he's only one person and can't be in two places at once! The leak was not gushing, so I turned off our house water and waited for his arrival after he finished his previous job. He arrived promptly and within moments identified the source of the mysterious leak as an overflow of condensation from the A/C on our third floor. Things didn't go perfectly, as our house seems to be built strangely and one of the outgoing drain pipes wasn't easily located. Another pipe also was fused together poorly and came apart as soon as it was lifted, so Brian needed to go get an elbow joint to fix the issue. Brian spent some serious time at our house, diligently working to resolve our issue. He gave my husband several maintenance tips to make sure we don't run into this problem in the future and as he did the last time, he assisted us with a question we also had about our tub in our master bathroom. Brian was pleasant, polite and utterly professional the whole time. I was shocked by how reasonable the charge was for Brian's visit. He didn't charge us for the extra time he spent having to go hunt down the part needed to fix the pipe that wasn't put together properly in the first place. Brian is an honest, all around great guy. My husband and I were both incredibly impressed by his work and his help, and we were very thankful to have him to call upon. Even here on Angie's List, where you expect contractors to be a step ahead of the rest - Brian stands out as an absolute gem, and we'll use no one else!

Everyhing was exceptional and very professional, from the call for the estimate to the finished job, Done on time even when he had to go through three diggers before completing, returned my phone calls promptly, answered all of my many questions, showed me what materials he planned on using and why. Man this guy is exceptional. I would emphatically utilize him again and again. I see why he gets so many gold stars on Angie's List.

Excellent! Brian showed up right on time and went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered tips on how to avoid the issue in the future. He cleaned out the pipes, and glued them back in place. Then he noticed that my facuet and spray hose were loose. After a quick trip to his truck, he grabbed a wrench and tightened up everything. Great, great service. Any more issues, and I know that I will call Brian again.

He seemed very honest to me. I would probably use him in the future, but I went with another company for this case.

Brian showed up on time. He was very courteous and professional. He was sympathetic to my complaint of low water pressure and investigated all possible causes. He measured the water pressure in my house . He removed the faucet heads for the sinks - and discovered a good deal of debris caused by an aging water heater. After he cleaned the faucet heads - there was noticeably more water pressure. Brian also installed 2 new shower heads - which vastly improved the water pressure in both bathrooms. I am VERY pleased with Brian's workmanship and would definitely call him again for any future plumbing-related problems.

I called Brian in a bit of a crisis, he came that afternoon, solved my probem. He was very professional, great communnicator, punctual, nice, and faiir. He is a good choice for your plumbing needs. I would rehire him again.
