Charles arrived as planned on 7/24 and returned on 7/25 to complete the job. Worked hard and patiently with a very difficult /chopped up wall space. Did his job without making a big mess, Cleaned up well behind himself before leaving.

Charles did a good job while he was here; however once he had left we noticed that he had missed some areas. When we tried to get him to come back to finish the repairs, we were promised that he would return; but NOTHING. For that reason, I have marked him down lower than I would have done so otherwise. If you use him, be sure that everything is complete before he leaves the job.

Charles really is THE MAN! He came to our house within 2 days of being contacted.He was punctual and extremely professional. He arrived when he said he would arrive and did what he said he was going to do. The project involved piecing wallpaper and having two layers in one area versus one layer in another. Charles was able to smooth the transitions to the point you can't tell there's any difference in thickness. The drywall patch in the foyer was so smooth it almost didn't require sanding. Anyone who's ever tried patching drywall can appreciate this. Would I use his services again? Absolutely.

Great quality. Very experienced. we wanted our small powder room papered. I wasn't about to hang wallpaper myself and he was highly recommended so we called him. As far as a slight negative; cleanliness. Wetting wallpaper is a little messy and he got some adhesive on some chairs nearby. In the future, I would make sure nothing was close to his work table and make sure there are plenty of drop clothes. Other than that, nice job.

Everything about working with Charles was world-class...from his timely response to my inquiry, to the ease of scheduling, to the beautiful work he completed -- I highly recommend this company. What a pleasure to work with such a professional and skilled provider.

It went very well. Mr. Walton bought the paper using his discount and did an excellent, professional job of applying it. His cost was on par with others who have done this in other apartments in this building. He was easy and responsive to work with, and showed consideration for my mother

This was a terrific experience! Although we rushed him, Charles Walton was efficient and professional. Charles was able to remove 30 year old wallpaper in our 21' x 19' room quickly and with very little patching needed. He assisted me with resources for new wallpaper, took care of the ordering and delivery and then hung the new paper. He and his brother, Tom, were pleasant and completed the job in the narrow window we'd created. I would definitely use Walton's Wallpapering in the future.

I couldn't be happier with the wallpapering process; selection and installation. I found him to be very professional. The results were an eye popping selection, as well as installation. The installation is seamless. He does nothing but professional work. I was elated with my results.

Charles promptly responded to my call for an estimate. Although I had already chosen paper, he offered to buy it with his discount. This was very helpful as I managed to pick two very expensive patterns(didn't look at the price)! Charles scheduled his work around my need to paint trim and he did the ceiling in one bath when I failed to finish. His work is meticulous as is his cleanup. On top of that, he is an absolute pleasure to be around. Would hire him again in a minute. Hmmm, maybe the dining room could use a new look.....

My first choice was with a well known company who failed to return my call. It was apparent to small of a job to consider. Angie's list refereed several potential wallpaper companies. The job was complete and it looks wonderful.

STOP LOOKING! THIS IS YOUR PERSON! Mr. Walton called us upon receiving my email through this website, gave us an estimate by phone and committed to writing the next day. The estimate included the sizing. I had gotten another quote and he beat it by 15%. He arrived on time, worked efficiently within the scheduled time to expertly install very expensive wallpaper. He kept the work area clean and was a pleasure to deal with. I am calling him back to do the masterbathroom. Mr. Walton is part of a dying breed of expert crafstmen. Do yourself a favor and call him.

We have been using Charles Walton since 2003. He is so professional, so pleasant and does a excellent job. He is the only person I would use for any wallpaper needs.

DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER, JUST CALL THIS GUY. I asked around endlessly for recommendations for a wallpaper hanger. No one had had a positive experience with anyone, so I joined Angie's list specifically to find a person. Most of the people on the list are no longer in business and Charles Walton was the first and only to answer my call. After hearing my needs he looked into getting the added supplies and called me back in about 15 minutes with a date for the service and quote. He arrived at the agreed time and day (shocking to me as that has NOT been my experience with the majority of people I hire). My space is a difficult one with many angles and doors, and I had a wine label wallpaper that required a meticulous applicator to look right. Not only did Mr. Walton do a fantastic job, he was very neat and clean, has a very professional appearance and demeanor, and was quite fair with his pricing. He was a perfect 10. How often can you say that about work you have done on your home?!!
