Response from Walton's Wallpapering
I was very shocked to see [member name removed] review of me. After thoroughly searching my past messages, I could not find where [member name removed] had previously left a message as she stated. That is not to say that she didn't, but If she did, I just feel it must have gotten dropped some how by the message center. I take great pride in my customer service and labor that I perform. That includes returning calls or emails promptly, showing up on time, being clean and neat, and providing the very best wallpaper installation that I am capable of. Since being a member of Angie's List, every review that I have received, prior to [member name removed] review, reflects exactly how I strive to exhibit professionalism with each customer from beginning to the very end. For potential future customers I would ask that if you leave me just a phone message and don't get a call back very promptly, please maybe send a personal email, or an email through Angie's List. It will compensate for any dropped or lost messages, and it will at least be documented. It's just a little surprising to see such a review, and not have any knowledge of the person that posted it, nor the date that a message was supposedly left. I am really sorry that I didn't get [member name removed] message. I would have really liked to have possibly hung some beautiful wallpaper for her. I definitely consider it my loss. Thank you!
