They do a good job!

They are on an ongoing schedule. They have two different divisions working out of the same office. They do home pest control and also do lawn work like aeration, seeding, shrubs and so forth. They don't do any mowing or trimming, but only do the treatment. Anytime at all if I feel the lawn doesn’t look green enough in one spot or whatever I would bring them out here the next day. They would look at it and fix the issue. Each individual treatment might cost differently depending on what they do. The charge is never over $45 except for aeration treatment. If they overseed they would come back within a week to look for spots that they haven’t covered. They had come three times last season to do the seeding. They do an excellent job.

They come quarterly. They come inside the first time and put some kind of stuff in all our outlets, around pipes, under the sink and such areas. That is the only time they have to come inside the house unless we specifically ask for it. All the other treatment happens outside. They call ahead of time and tell us that they are coming. They are self-starters. They just do their work and send us the bill.

They do a very good job and the lawn looks nice. They do the fertilization. They leave the report after their work and provide other useful information that would help me with the lawn.

I am not really crazy about the results from Top Turf but we are sticking with them. They come out several times for an application that my husband thinks can be done at one time. One guy will do the trees and one guy will do the lawn. We think that they should just spray the whole ball of wax at one time and get it over with. We do have them spray for pests in our home as well. I am extremely satisfied with that service. We will continue to use their service in the future.

The lawn looks nice, since Top Turf has been taking care of it. They have always been professional, and answered any questions I may have had. I think their prices are reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future.

Overall its been fine. They come out while I am at work, but they are reliable and they do come when they are supposed to.

Top Turf was hired in 08/07 to do yard services to include:aeration, seeding, tree and shrub service, fungicide control, weed control, fertilizing, and insecticides. In the spring, we noted that the previous seeding had not taken ($1300.00) and not corrected and also that the yard was being taken over with weeks, several areas were effected by disease. On two occasions of Summer 2008 the managers of the company came at our request to discuss dissatisfaction. They admitted to improper care and attention and said they would rectify the situation. They seeded the yard for free, but did nothing to rectify the week problems. We sent a letter to explain that their negligence had cost us additional money to control the weeds and disease, and while we would be happy to pay for the tree and shrub service, we felt that the moneys paid for weed control, fertilization, and disease should be refunded. We had a balance owed of $568.00 and was sent a letter stating to pay within 10 days or be turned over to collections agency. We tried to resolve this matter with Top Turf management and service professionals; however, they were unwilling to give refund for ineffective care of their contracted duties. We have paid our final bill and canceled our service.

They are very responsive. We have not any problems with bugs lately and when we did they were very prompt with coming out. I have been using their services for almost a year. I pay them quarterly.

They started out great showing up on time, etc. Then their service rapidly decreased. They have skipped months, serviced my neighbor's home by accident (and charged us,) and they have a very "ho-hum" attitude towards helping customers in need. They have also left my gate open several times despite me begging them not to (I have a dog.) After all is said and done, my lawn still looks like crap.

The last time they came out they spotted weeds and they came out and did a treatment for no charge.

I called to cancel treatment. They sent someone out again. I called again to cancel. They told me I couldn't because I didn't have a confirmation number. They gave me one the second time but still sent someone else out. They are billing me for services I told them I wasn't going to pay for. They burned the grass because I had already called someone else to start the treatments. They said they sent someone to look at it but he never spoke with me so I'm not sure if he did come.

RUSTY CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE WHILE I WAS AT WORK, BUT WHEN I CALLED HIM BACK AFTERWARD, HE WAS ABLE TO TALK KNOWLEDGEABLY ABOUT MY YARD. HE WAS PATIENT ON THE PHONE AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS THOROUGHLY. THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME, AND I LIKED THAT THE SERVICE LEFT AN ADDITIONAL BAG OF GRASS SEED BEHIND SO THAT I COULD FILL IN WHERE THE ORIGINAL SEEDING HADN'T GERMINATED.

I FOUND THE COMPANY TO BE VERY REASONABLY PRICED. I THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND HONORED OUR REQUEST FOR EXTRA SEEDING IN CERTAIN AREAS THAT WE NEEDED.
