Manager promised a specific day to perform service. Service not completed. No communication from Top Turf. Why? No explanation. What happened? We were prepared on our end. Only conclusion: not, reliable unprofessional; very inconvenienced. Do not recommend! 0/5 stars.

This company did a great job of a core aeration, overseed, and fertilizer in the fall. They also offered this service at a great rate. I would use them again in the future.

After several no shows, I canceled all scheduled services and used another provider. Top Turf had many excuses why their tech could not make scheduled appointments- problems with his truck and inability to locate my home. I never received a call from tech or office regarding no shows, I had to follow up. I tried for a month to get someone to come out. They are highly unreliable and unprofessional.

I have the greenest lawn on the block! My lawn went from zero to hero! I did have to water a lot but its coming back and looks amazing! I was a total sceptic and I did not want to wait a year! I wanted it now, But my lawn was a weedy dead mess! Now..now is beautiful I cant even imagine what it will look like in the Spring.

Terrible company! The owner is a total liar and will not stand by there work. Lawn looks worse than before they started. They blame me for not watering enough and that's a total lie... Just a horrible service from the start. They will string you along to continue to get payments.

When Top Turf called me to confirm the February service I told them I wanted to cancel the service. I made it very clear to the gentleman I spoke with. So when they came on 3/29 to do an application I was very surprised. They didn't call to confirm, they just did the application. When I called in this morning I spoke with Lacy and she cancelled the service. She was polite enough, but I sensed a bit of passive-aggressiveness in that she made it seem that I wasn't clear enough with the gentleman I spoke with and that it was my fault they came out again. Hopefully they don't come out again, and that this review counts as receipt that I cancelled the service.

The provider serviced my lawn over for almost 2 years and actually made it worse. The provider kept applying product basically in an effort to shut me up, but would not stand behind their products and wouldn't even offer 1/2 of my money back. The provider offered a written guarantee to me also back in May 2014, and just recently took it off their website and all marketing materials at the end of 2014. I watered and cut my lawn as instructed by the provider and with their chemical and granular applications, my lawn began to deteriorate. I have pictures to prove that as well. What does that tell you about this company? As spring arrives, I want just want to clearly suggest to all of you, you should AVOID Top Turf for any of your landscaping needs. No one should pay this kind of money, $600+, to a company that cannot stand behind their products. Their customer service is terrible and their suppose'd CEO Tom Frizzi is posting as a customer service manager. I was blown off time and time again and I am highly upset about it all. I work hard for my money and take pride in my home and yard and would hate to see anyone else throw their money away also.

No problems. They call first so I can make sure my dogs are not out.

Top Turf comes out 7 times a year to treat and fertilize my lawn. They have even come back out and treat again if I see weeds. My lawn looks better than others on my street that use other companies.

They do a really good job. The people they have are pretty thorough and I think their pricing is good. The pricing has not gone up in seven years. When you use their service they come out 7 times a year and they have a timeframe as to when the applications are applied. They will install a flag in the yard when treatment is applied and will leave the bill in the door. If you prefer, they can also mail you the bill instead.

Been using Top Turf for a few years. They do a ok job. We do not water the grass often so that may be part of the problem.

We have been using Top Turf for a few years now. When we started, they warned us that it may take a full year of treatments to get our lawn into good quality. This year we really noticed how well our lawn was looking. We rarely water the lawn but it is still lush and green. We rarely notice weeds and when we get more than a few, a quick call to Top Turf and they are out immediately to treat the weeds. We are happy that we gave Top Turf time to get our lawn in order and we highly recommend them.

They came out immediately and treated the lawn. They came back another day and spot treated weeds at no additional charge.

They have been treating my lawn for almost 2 years on a quarterly basis. They come, do their job and leave. I must assume their service is working. NO signs of termites and insects have not ever been an issue. Our builder contracted with them the first year and we renewed the quarterly contract.

They are very good and they do a good job. My lawn looks really good and lot of neighbor's have asked why my lawn looks the way it does and I have told them about them and they actually switched to them. So I really have no complaints with them in anything. They are professional and they do well at what they do. They tell me if they find fungus in the yard and ask me if we want it treated or inform me on how to treat it. They are very accommodating and they are usually here when they say they would be.

My lawn was the best as it has been in front of the house but I don't know if it's because of Top Turf Lawn Care. It has been a lot better this years compared to the previous years. Their price is pretty good. They do a decent job. I won't say they do the best job.

I found out they were only doing certain parts of my lawn instead of the entire thing. I had the lawn redone before I hired them to maintain the lawn. I noticed some browning on the lawn and the notes left by the technician stated to only water. Eventually, the lawn died, I then called and they sent someone out. They finally left a note saying I had brown patch fungus, but did not leave any advice on how to move forward. I contacted them upset that they didn't notify me about the issue three months before when the condition started. They waited for the lawn to die and then I had to ask them what the problem was. They stated they left brochures in my door regarding lawn issues, but never specifically stated what was wrong with my lawn. They expected me to read the brochures they leave every customer, educate myself on the problem and diagnose which disease my lawn had on my own, which they indicate on their website they would do for me. Because of this, I've had to have my lawn redone at my own expense. They have not been professional when I reach out to them. I paid them money and the end result is that I have to start over.

I have recommended their service to others and they kind a show up on normal schedule so I never have to call him. I would say that I would them again for now because my yard is brown the tints a dry but I'm giving them a full year to see how my yard responds.

I had a fair experience with them. They have been responsive when I have had issues. I am on a quarterly treatment system and if I have problems they come right out to treat them.

They have been providing service for me for about three years now. I pay $37 seven times a year. Their work is okay. They are not the best out there in my opinion because I still have some weeds growing in my lawn and I have to call them. We think that they would catch it when they are out here doing the treatment. They also do a survey when they are out here. When I usually call them to tell them that I have weeds, they come out and get them. However, it would be nice if they could be proactive so that I don't have to take time out of my day to call them.

A short while after they had been "taking care of" my lawn, I had more crabgrass than grass. My complaints fell on deaf ears. I was assured after they aerated and seeded it, it would be better. After aeration and overseeding, when the grass grew in, it was 75% clumps of crabgrass. Riding my lawnmower around the backyard was like riding it on a cobblestone street there were so many clumps of crabgrass. It was just awful. I complained and complained and was constantly assured the grass would fill in and the crabgrass would go away. Well, they were right...the crabgrass eventually went away...as did my whole lawn. My whole backyard lawn literally disappeared and the rest of the yard grew extremely splotchy. I complained yet again and Tom, the manager, said he would come out but never did. Not only did I throw my money away on this company, it appears I paid them to destroy my lawn. Even after aerating with another company and overseeding and liberal watering, while improved, I have not yet been able to get it back to normal. I initially had referred them to two other people. One cancelled for poor service within a year. The other has cancelled, or has indicated they are going to cancel as well for poor service. I gave an F on price because of all of the foregoing. Otherwise the price would have been fair. Response to complaint calls to the office were generally handled courteously but they didn't follow through so again gave them an F where they might have earned a higher score. Overall is definitely an F.

They were good and very professional. There was nothing in particular in them that stood out to me. Their price seemed to be right in line with the other service providers. They showed up at the time they said they would and their call back was quite well. I would go to them in future for a quote. However, I have hired another service provider to do the job.

Great! Their first visit they take time to interview and figure out what problems there are, and they are very responsive with follow up visits. If I call they can usually get out to my house within a day or two. The service tech is friendly and knowledgeable. The quarterly service they can do even when I'm not home (they just leave a door hanger) since it's all outside. I'm very pleased with their service. And the results - no insects in my house!

So far we are generally pleased. After two years of drought and water restrictions we did nothing with our yard. This spring after Top Turf's fall work we were surprised how well it came back. I have a couple complaints, they don't show up when they say they will. If they need to change the time, they should call and let us know they aren't coming. Their people are very knowledgeable and polite. If we are home when they treat we can avail ourselves of that knowledge. I'd like to get their recommendation and observations on the invoice, it would add a lot of value to their service. They do not come out every month as that is unnecessary. I have seen some weeds, which I treated myself but far far less than previous years. We will continue to evaluate the service over the coming summer and fall.

We were very pleased with the service we recieved for a couple of years. In the last year we had more weeds popping up in the yard. My wife questioned a technician at the house and recieved no explanation. We let it go a few more treatments and it didn't improve. At that point we cancelled the service.
