They did a great job, and had great service. They were punctual and professional.

I was very pleased with the price provided for the gold trade-in and the price of the items I purchased with the proceeds. Very reasonable and friendly business. I will continue to use them for future jewely purchases and repairs.

The work was ready when he said it would be, and the price was what we agreed upon. The pieces were very nice and made a wonderful gift for my wife. All in all a great place to do business.

I accidentally had a diamond stone ripped from my wedding band setting. Luckily I found the stone and contacted The Jewelry Stop initially for the stone replacement and repair of the setting. While speaking with Mr. Greenberg I was advised of their appraisal services and decided to have both engagement ring and the repaired band appraised. They did an excellent job on the band repair and cleaned both rings before the appraisal was performed. The appraisal was completed in a timely manner and the report was detailed and very professional.

They are fantastic. The owner is very helpful. I have taken several pieces into him. He is timely, friendly and honest. The price is extremely reasonable. They do great work and are privately owned. He does appraisals and repair of jewelry. You can also buy jewelry and get it cleaned. He did an appraisal of my wife's wedding ring. I would highly recommend him. He did the appraisal at no charge because I had lost one of the diamonds. It wasn't expected.

This was my second visit to The Jewelry Stop. I came back a second time because the owner was so kind and helpful my first visit. The second trip did not disappoint. He was extremely helpful with my repair which turned out perfect. He was also patient with my window shopping and not pushy at all. I will definitely return.

My current setting was starting to wear. The owner offered to either repair the setting but indicated that it might happen again (it had already been repaired once by a different jeweler). He gave me a quote for the repair work and showed me new settings. I chose a new setting, he gave me a written quote and told me when the work would be complete. The work was complete when he said it would be. He thoroughly cleaned the diamond prior to resetting it. Overall I was very pleased with the whole process.

I was 100 % satisfied with Mr. Greenberg at The Jewelry Stop. I found his name on Angie's List and he was very close to where I work. I took the watch in and he knew exactly what I needed and was able to give me an estimate. He gave me an approximate date for pick up and he called me on or around that date. I love my watch and appreciate his help.

I was extremely pleased with Mr. Greenberg's work on my rings and with his customer service. I was considering several options before permanently soldering my wedding band to my engagement ring, and he readily took the time to discuss them with me and give his advise about the pros and cons of each, all without putting any pressure on me to decide right then. The enlargements of my wedding set and anniversary band and the soldering came out absolutely seamless. With the polishing and cleaning, the rings now look brand new (despite 13 years of wear on 18k gold). His prices were extremely reasonable. He greets many of the customers who enter by their first names, and it is easy to see how he has earned long-term business from them. I would not hesitate to trust Mr. Greenberg's craftsmanship with the repair and maintenance of my valuable jewelry.

He was very quick. I left and had a cup of coffee, came back, and he was done! He was really a great guy!

He was very prompt about e-mailing me back with directions to his store. He was also very prompt with the repair. I brought it in on a Tuesday morning and had it back the next morning. His work was very well done. The ring was also cleaned and the prongs checked. The ring looks brand new! A great experience!

MADE BEAUTIFUL CUSTOM DIAMOND BAND WHICH WAS PRICED $400 LESS THAN A NAME BRAND. THE MEN'S BAND WAS ALSO PRICED LESS THAN COMPETITORS.
