Marvelous service! My ring looks like it did 45 years ago. I am so pleased with their professional work.

It went very well. I met with the owner, Stan Greenberg, and he was very personable and helpful. He did the work on the ring set just as promised. Working with him was a great experience and I would recommend him and the Jewelry Stop for any jewelry needs.

Very good experience. I've used several times in 2016. The experience was excellent. They helped me find a piece of jewelry I was looking for. The only thing I could say about doing better is that their selection is somewhat limited, but they can order stuff. But in general, they have helped guide me through resetting stones. Where do you find a jewelry store recommended on Angie's List? And these people has a lot of recommendations. You get very personalized attention and the owner remembers you. It's a great experience. I think you get fair value. The selling and buying--it's very fair prices, I think. I will give them an A plus if there's that rating. I have never had this kind of experience at a jewelry store ever. They don't push stuff on you that you don't want but they help you find what you do want. It was just perfect. I am going to be their customer for as long as I live here.

We exchanged old jewelry to put toward an engagement ring and wedding bands. We used a family diamond for the main setting but exchanged everything else. We ended up with a beautiful diamond wedding sent and men's wedding band and only paid $650 after the trade in. Definitely felt we got a great deal. It was also ready very quickly.

Stan was very helpful and professional over the phone and in person. He helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and went out of his way to make sure I got it at a very reasonable price. He also examined all of my old jewelry that I no longer wear and I walked out of there with a check for over $1000! He called me to pick up my ring in less than a week and it was more beautiful than I imagined it would be. I would definitely recommend "The Jewelry Stop" to anyone who needs to buy jewelry or have jewelry specially crafted. They are great!

I brought my wedding ring and birthstone rings in to be checked. The mounting on my wedding ring was broken and the stone was ready to fall out. The mounting on my birthstone ring had been redone 20 years ago, but caught on towels and anything else. They repaired both rings and now my birthstone ring setting is so smooth it doesn't catch on anything. They originally quoted me over $300 for both rings but it was only $150. They originally said it would be a week, and then called back the next day to say the rings were ready. They are really nice guys and I would recommend them and will return for any jewelry purchases or repairs.

Great. The provider was knowledgeable, prompt and repaired my wedding band well (eternity band that had lost a diamond).

They sent it to be repaired. They told me what it would likely cost and I was pleased with the outcome.

They were very amicable. He showed us several samples. He took the dollar out of the casing and cleaned it for us at no charge. We ended up buying a great watch from them. We had not seen that style of watch at any other store. We will definitely go back for more. They had a good selection of jewelry too.

He spent a long time with me. He was patient as anything, telling me what he could do. He showed me some different settings, looking through a catalog and then I brought some other jewelry with me that I had appraised. He spent probably a good hour with me answering tons of questions and giving me ideas and stuff. He was very good. He didn't charge me for that. They didn't keep me waiting.

Right from the start, both men were very courteous and helpful. I wanted a new look to my wedding set and we talked about various ideas. I wanted to sell them an old 14K ring I had from the 70's and use that towards the work on the ring. We finally settled on them re-sizing the set, soldering them together and adding a missing stone . . . . . all for the price of the old ring! I couldn't have been happier when I saw the finished product! I will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends.

Owner Stan Greenberg and I set an appointment to appraise old jewelry that I had inherited from my mom who passed away a year ago. Stan greeted me at the door and spent over two hours carefully evaluating the items. He is marvelous to meet and work with and very sensitive to the needs of clients who have recently lost loved ones and the sentimental connections to personal items. Had great conversations and he is more than outgoing in educating clients about the items. It was a great experience for one who is still in the throes of some emotional connections to those items.....really helped me through the entire event. I can see why so many other folks write glowing reviews and do repeat business there. Very down-to-earth, good folks! FIVE STARS!!!!
