I picked out a setting from a catalog and returned a week later to have my finger sized & to look at the setting before any work was performed. Unfortunately I didn?t like how it looked with my anniversary band. They were more than happy to help me pick out one that was a better match. They had one in their cabinet that was a perfect match, so they used that as an example to custom make a ring with my diamonds. It came out perfect & looks awesome with my anniversary band. They offered to buy the old settings, but they understood that I wanted to keep them for sentimental reasons. I would definitely recommend The Jewelry Stop.

it was a great experience. Stan and his wife are awesome. wish i had known they were there a long time ago. dropped the items off and they got back to me within 24 hours as to the estimate to service both watches. unfortunately, i didn't realize it would be out of my budget so i didn't have the work done. however, if i need anything regarding jewelry, they will be my first stop.

They did an excellent job. He didn't do the work there but he had connections in New York and handled getting the ring repaired. I would highly recommend him.

Usually, I would of had to go to a Rolex dealer, for my vintage watch, out of state and assume they could fix it. The Jewelry Stop was able to accommodate my needs and satisfactorily fixed it. I was so glad to get it back in good condition with a 1 year guarantee. How great was that?

The Jewelery Stop folks (Stan, Michelle and all) were not only very professional but very kind -- as soon as they learned that I needed help with jewelry inherited from my late mother, they expressed genuine sympathy before they ever asked about the jewelry in question! Jewelry inspection was very diplomatic (some pieces were of more "sentimental value" than others) and the pieces chosen for repair were expertly returned to their former glory for a reasonable cost. A real pleasure to work with!

10 years and 4 kids later, I needed my wedding ring re-sized. Stan (the owner) does repairs on Thursdays, so I brought my ring in on Wednesday afternoon and was able to pick it up on Thursday afternoon. He did impeccable work--you can't see where the ring was sized at all and he left my husband's engraving completely intact. Really thoughtful. He also re-plated the white gold and cleaned my ring for no extra charge. It looks absolutely brand new, and I couldn't be more delighted. It honestly took my breath away when I picked it up. Absolutely fantastic--we have found our new jeweler!!

The Jewelry Stop is an excellent business. Very knowledgeable with excellent work. I had lost a diamond from my 3/8" wide, woven, gold wedding band. My husband and I met with Stan to discuss a new stone. But, it was also necessary to cut the ring off my finger since it was currently way too tight. Stan did this very meticulously. The ring had one diamond remaining on the band. We added two more stones. They also added gold on to the back, in the woven pattern, to increase the ring size. The "new" looking wedding ring is wonderful. Just gorgeous. And, we thought the price was excellent, too. I highly recommend the Jewelry Stop to anyone.

The personel at the Jewelry Stop were professional, courteous, friendly, helpful and patient. I took my daughter in to the shop to choose some pearl earrings and also to make a selection for my mother-in law. The staff was very helpful in assisting my daughter to make the perfect size choice for her pearl stud earrings. She received them for Christmas and has worn them ever since. They are beautiful and of the highest quality. My daughter had some difficulty making up her mind on which size to choose but the staff remain pleasant and helpful the entire time. They also helped me choose earrings for my mother in law. They are lovely and she was very pleased to receive them. What I loved most about my experience there was the overall atmosphere in the shop was relaxed and pleasant. There were no high pressure sales tactics or snobbiness that is so common in many of the other jewelry stores. I have since been back to have a bracelet repaired. The work was perfect. Needless to say, I will be back to visit them again soon!

Fantastic service! Went in originally thanksgiving week and was told to bring back the following week unless I wanted to wait a week for repairs as they were going to be closed for holiday. At no charge they put a spacer on my ring so I could wear them without risking them falling off while I waited to bring them in, work took 2 days, just as quoted and my rings look brand new. Fantastic job, will definitely be visiting them again!

The work was beautiful and completed on time; even with special requests. The final price was actually less than originally estimated. Stan and his wife are beautiful and friendly people. The old saying is true "If you don't know jewelry; know your jewler". The Greenbergs are great people to deal with.

When I walked in I was immediately helped. I received an estimate on the rings and bracelet and while the links were being removed from my watch my engagement ring was being cleaned. In less than 20 minutes I was out the door with my watch on, and beautifully clean engagement ring. I was told that my rings that needed to be sized and the bracelet that needed to be fixed would be ready before the end of the next business day. I was called the next day, before 2, and was told that I could come in any time and pick up my jewelry. I could not make it that day but did come in the following day. I was so thrilled with the resizing on my rings..they were cleaned and sized as requested. My bracelet was fixed and cleaned and looked great too! I could not be happier with the work done and the customer service. I could not have had a better experience.

They were prompt. They gave quality service and it was finished as promised. This is a smaller jewelry store where they will give you the individual attention as opposed to just being another customer.

The people there were great, price was great, but I had to call back a few times to check on whether or not it was ready. They said it would be ready by a certain date and it wasn't - which isn't a big deal except that I drove over there to pick it up. If they would have called I would have appreciated the saved trip. At that point they said they'd call when it WAS ready....and never got a call. So, I called them a few days later and it was ready, waiting to be picked up. Not a terribly big deal, but it was the one place they really lacked in service.

Visited the shop and got a quote to replace the clasp. Work was done on time to promised price. Very good workmanship.

I bought a ring that was one size too large because it was such a good deal hoping that it could be sized down. I have not previously needed to have any jewelry repaired or re-sized and I wanted to ensure that I chose a reputable provider. I saw the favorable reviews for Jewelry Stop on Angie's List and decided to take my ring to them for sizing. The staff is very friendly and attentive and waited on me almost immediately. Initially, due to the design of the ring and the stone, the associate was not sure that it could be sized. After consulting with another associate, however, they agreed that they could size the ring down 1 size without the risk of damaging the ring. The initial estimate was ~45.00 and they agreed to have it finished in only a few days. Not only was the ring ready right on time, but the final cost was actually less than the estimate. Best of all, they did a beautiful job - I cannot even tell that they did anything aside from the fact that it fits me now. I am so glad that I found them and will definitely use them for all of my future jewelry repair needs. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and would highly recommend them.

Was the best exceeded my expectations.

They did a good job. They were fast and it was ready when they said it would be. The repair work turned out well. Overall, that was a pretty fair job. The price was fair. If I had to use them again, I would go to them in the future.

He did a great job on the rings and could of sold me on a more expensive service, however he was honest that I did not need to spend the money for the service to my ring. His craftsman fixed the prong on my ring along with polishing the stone and it looks beautiful.
