That went well. I would give them a 10 across the board. They were very professional. They treated me professionally. I got them from Angie's List. They did the job well. They presented themselves professionally. They were on time.

They re really good. They are basically a company out of Ohio. I used them to sterilize my Pear tree, it wa getting rust disease and they've taken care of it for the past two and a half years. I have them on a quarterly basis. They are very knowledgeable about trees and are very responsive. They are sympathetic to people who don't know much about trees, they help as much as they can or give as much information as they can to help you out. They don't really do anything that harms the trees. I had a Marple tree in the back that was overshadowing my Leland's and they told me that in order to get my Leland's to grow, I needed to trim the Marple tree. When they did, my Leland's came back. we use them for like borderline privacy. They have a large choice of what you can have done to your lawn, trees, bushes if you want. My lawn always looks great. Punctuality depends on the job.

They did a great job and I have had a regular service schedule the last two years.

I was happy with them. They have an arborist on staff. It was nice. The guy was nice. I wouldn't ultimately know until a couple of years from now but it seem to have some results.

What they quoted has come true. They've done a good job. It really all started through my neighbors several years back because they had used them as lawn maintenance service and they were cheaper than some of the other people around so that's how I got connected with them and when I needed to have some work done for trees and such, I called them and I felt they were reasonable. When they come, they will give an estimate and they will confirm it and they will work with customers. There was a time I preferred to put it on a credit card so there's no issue with that. I didn't have to write a check upfront and I didn't have to do anything like that. The only negative side is that once they give the estimate, I don't really know when they're coming back. In our case, it was probably three or four weeks later that they came back and actually did the work but it all depends on the age of the tree and the season of the year. They were in and out and they cleaned up and there wasn't a problem there. The salesperson that came out was very professional. He got back in touch with me. The crew that actually did the work was the same way.

It turned out well and they come out 10 times a year.

Sean and David performed a very professional job, dropped the 18" dead maple next to the home on a dime and manually removed all debris from 90 - 150' to chipper on street, equipment was never on the property. These gentlemen were top shelf and I will most definitely use Davey CLT again.

It went very well they came two days in a row and took care of all of my trees and shrubs. I have been using Davey's Tree service for several years and I have full confidence in their company I will continue using them

. met with sales rep and reviewed trees and my concerns, received quote same day and agreed to quote. Office called to schedule work, workers showed up at approximate time. Crew reviewed scope of work with me then went to work. Completed work in about 2 1/2 hours, They removed 3 trees and elevated other trees for better air flow. Their training and expertise was evident in their precision work taking care not to cause any damage to surrounding trees, fence or house. When tree work completed they removed all debris and raked yard to complete cleanup. Crew was very professional & friendly.

Professional, price is fine and prompt. They do what they say they are going to do.

I WAS HAVING A CARPORT BUILT AND THE 3 TREES WERE VERY CLOSE TO THE CONSTRUCTION. THEY MADE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS TO TAKE CARE OF ME IN A TIMELY MANNER SO CONSTRUCTION COULD PROGRESS. THE TEAM THEY SENT WERE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CAREFUL. WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

They removed a very large tree (base diameter 30+ inches; likely 60 feet tall). This tree was in a tight location, hovering over a small utility building, a fence, and my neighbor's yard. The reason I gave them a "B" on quality, is because they broke the glass in the storm door on my utility building, left a slightly damaged lawn, and left a few sticks for me to clean up. But based on the price; their professional attitude, satisfactory compensation for the damaged storm door, and size/difficulty of the job, I am satisfied and would hire them again. The price also included removal of one smaller tree and a few scrubs. I recommend using them, but negotiate the price. Their initial bid was slightly high. (I've used other tree companies on various jobs, so I have a general idea of prices.)

They did a great job, expect their cleaning equipment broke. So they were not able to clean up all the way. The people that did the cutting said the sales person would be back the next day, but they never did.

It's the first service I researched and Davey Tree Service seemed to have a good reputation. The lawn care service works well with them and are familiar with them. I don't need to be around when they come. I wanted to be informed in advanced when they do something though. The plants seemed to be in better shape than when I first bought the home. The pricing seems to be competitive.

Davey Tree was prompt and efficient. The workers were polite and left a clean work site. A company truly committed to outstanding customer service.

I used this company for 2 years and they did ok but not to the performance level I would expect. I guess in the end - they are a tree company. The guys are nice when you see them - they really do not let you know when they will be coming so it is hit or miss and they do leave a note for you. I had an issue last year where I got a weed I had never seen before after they seeded. The guy came out and could not identify the weed but felt it did not come from the seed they used as it was guaranteed to be 100% pure. I went to 2 other yards they serviced and found the same weed. The issue I had was I had just had my yard sodded and while I would expect I might get an unusual weed, other people would not have the same one. Good news is - they put down weed control and the weeds went away. I have not seen the weeds again until the over seeded this year - interesting.

Jim O'Reilly came to the house and worked up a detailed estimate based on my desire to have several trees removed and a couple of others trimmed. His crew did a great job, precisely to specifications, and left no mess; in fact, they even raked the leaves from a section of my yard that they'd used to haul the debris away; in other words, above and beyond the call of duty. Excellent work.

This is an excellent company. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Jim O'Reilly, the salesperson, showed up for the estimate when he said he would be there. He offered advice on what to do and help with other trees in my yard. The gentleman I talked with to schedule the actual work date went out of his way to fit it into my schedule.......which isn't exactly easy. The crew showed up to do the work when they said they would be there. The work was done quickly and quietly. The crew were all very friendly, knew their job, and cleaned up every bit of mess. I cannot say enough good about this company and that is something you will not hear me say often.

They do a great job every time. They do everything that I was expecting. When they take down the trees, they take them down without doing any damage. They do a good job. They work really hard.
